Quick and professional support with good bonuses. My deposit did not go through to casino, however, money had already disappeared from my account. I waited for about 30 minutes and then contacted the support agents. Agents gave me a bonus as an apology, and the deposit was credited to my account an hour after I contacted them. Loyal but Disillusioned
I have been a loyal VIP Member at Stay Casino for over 12 months & most of my dealings with Personal Managers & any required correspondence has been seamless & hassle free; I can’t say that I have been showered in Bonuses, Additional Credits & Gift Hampers.
There have been a few occasions where I have experienced anomalies & when addressing them; Staff have been rude & dismissive treating me with disdain & that is after it has been proven without a doubt that a casino error has occurred.
Stay Casino is a user-friendly platform that is easy to navigate & they offer an extensive range of games from a plethora of providers, something for everyone.
