I got a lot of help from Vincent on customer chat when my withdrawl wouldn’t work. Next day money was in my account.
I often email my vip managers Eugene and nas and they always try there best to offer me some type of bonus for my deposits. And they are always a email away when I have a question. I don’t play anywhere else.

Devastated I have to give one star…
Devastated I have to give one star played virgin for almost 8 years I had 3 wins no more than £340 I play the roulette it's one of the worst the ball looks as though it's under full control at least with some of the others they give you your day and let you have a decent win. Not with Virgin I've put in nearly £1000 in a day for years nothing. Always the same rubbish no matter what. And if the give the multi never on anything over 20p. It's a disgrace STAY AWAY FROM THEM I PLAY LOADS OF CASINOS FOR YEARS THESE HIDE BEHIND A BIG NAME WHEN REALLY THEY WANT ALL YOUR MONEY.

Stay Casino is my favourite and have stayed for 41/2 years now.
My favourite Casino!! I’ve played a few of them and I keep coming back here at Stay Casino as I feel comfortable and love the VIP staff . They are are always there to answer any questions or concerns immediately, and the cash out here is amazing,I’ve always got my withdrawals quickly except now I know on weekends or Holidays there is a little waiting of 3 to 5 days which is acceptable. But I love the fact the the cash outs are same day, about 10 mins.if your information and banking cards are up to date and using the same cards , there is no problem whatsoever.I’ve had many wins at Stay Casino, I always play my favourite games which are Elvis the Frog and they have about 4 different ones. They are so much fun for me.All the VIP Management are excellent and I deal with Eugene usually because he’s my favourite.. lol!! Very polite and always professional and kind.I have left a few on line Casino’s but this one is truly my favourite, I feel like secure and safe here.
The Best and totally my favourite!
