Excellent Customer Service
The store has excellent customer service! I received responses to multiple requests of mine within a few hours each time (despite the time difference).
Aside from being prompt, the responses were very helpful! the product I wanted was out of stock, so the team showed me different options similar to the product I was interested in.I was also provided with a 20% off code.
Overall, very generous and supportive. 10/10

The products are great. Amazing craftmanship. But one thing outstanding was how smooth the delivery was, even though it came from another country. And the customer service. I got reply instantly. We’d like to respond to your comments, as they don’t fully match the information we have in our system.
Your package was successfully delivered to the RALI Repair Shop pickup point on 10/01/2026 at 15:39, and it was collected there as well.
In addition, we replied to your earlier emails on January 6th at 09:17 and 09:38. So there has indeed been communication from our side. Unfortunately, we cannot attach screenshots here, but we would gladly do so to support this if possible.
Regarding the two separate orders that only included a Faux Leather Bracelet Box: we reached out to you about this, as it’s unusual to order only the box without a bracelet. Since we did not receive a reply, both orders were cancelled and refunded as a precaution.

Slechte service met retour zenden.
De armband, maat M was veel te groot, terwijl ik vaker (ergens anders) een M besteld had. Ik kon niet omruilen, alleen terug sturen en opnieuw bestellen. Dus dat heb ik gedaan. Retour sturen kosten 9,50 en toen werd bij de terug betaling ook nog een 6,95 verzendkosten van het bedrag afgetrokken. 16,45€ betaald voor helemaal niets. Hier bestel ik dus niet meer.

Easy replacement, quality product
I ordered a size too large initially and the return and replacement with a smaller size was very easy. The product is very high quality and came pretty fast. The price was fair for bracelet.

2 months, One of the leather straps broke
One of the leather straps broke inside of two months. I work in the kitchen and can’t wear the bracelet to work so not only has it just been two months. It’s probably only been a weeks worth of hours worn. They did get back to me very quickly and offered to replace the product immediately. Customer service is fantastic, I will wait and see how the new product works. if the replacement product lasts, I will update the review even more.

Contact gezocht met de klantenservice van Steel&Barnett. Hier ben ik uitstekend geholpen door Joska de Voogd. Deze dame heeft er alles aan gedaan om het “verloren” gegane pakketje te traceren. Is helaas niet gelukt. Ze heeft me vervolgens een nieuw armbandje toegestuurd. Dit is gelukkig wel goed aangekomen. Dus eind goed-al goed.

Faulty Design on bracelet claps?
Ordered some product(several bracelets), fit was great however, some of the clasps on two of them would not unhinge off my wrist. Tried several times, even slept with them on as I could'nt get them off!!
Tried to unclasp but the leather broke free and snapped off the bracelet!
Have emailed twice in three months and all I keep getting is the 'automated response'
'We'll get back to you in 24 hrs, blah blah blah...but were very busy'
I just want an address to return the broken bracelets and to let them know I'm not happy with the design of the clasps, but alas no response. Very Frustrating as I love the products. May think twice about ordering from them again. Can't recall when I ordered but I believe it was Feb 2025?
