Excellent service from start to finish. Fantastic product, great quality, all staff were amazing to deal with. No fuss measurements and superb fitting.

Obtained an initial quote for steel sliding doors to my kitchen, and following discussions and a survey, updated it slightly for a better solution to fit the space. The doors were fitted quickly and efficiently, on the date planned, and really enhance the look of the room. Natalia was particularly helpful with my enquiries and providing the information I needed.

All my interactions with the steel Door company were positive from start to finish. Will my sales advisor was helpful professional and extremely funny especially as I had to keep putting back dates as our new house wasn’t finished. We were visiting friends near Steel Door company head office and even though they didn’t have a showroom at the time they took us round so that we could view doors that had been made and answered all our questions. The surveyor was extremely professional also and showed us what our doors would look like in the space we had and whether another door choice would’ve looked better.. the fitters were excellent and our doors fit perfectly.. they also cleaned up meticulously after themselves. The price we paid was the lowest of any of the companies that provide steel doors but the service and quality of the doors was first class. I have no hesitation in recommending this . Company. The doors look fantastic too.

The doors look fantastic, and Lewis and Owen couldn't have been nicer during the installation!

Great fitters! Tidy polite attention to detail. The doors are just fabulous!

We could not be more delighted with our beautiful new doors. Our experience with The Steel Door Company has been superb from start to finish, all going according to plan. We shall certainly be using them again.

I was searching for interior glass doors online, and the Steel Door Company immediately jumped out. They had superb designs and a very positive image!

I contacted Jack in sales, and the first great piece of news was that the company would travel 5 hours or so to supply the product, not just supplying their local area.

Everyone was very positive with customer service, and I was pleased because the fitting date was brought forward earlier than estimated, which really suited me.

The technicians, Lewis, Owen, Simon and Mark were extremely precise and very helpful and friendly!

The quality and appearance of the doors are superb, and the finish, design and style actually surpassed my expectations! The Art Deco design is what really appealed the most.

Also I thought the price of the doors was very fair.

To be honest, the doors have enhanced the house and made it more special to live in!

Keep up the good work, guys!

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Sam and Rob, who fitted our steel doors, were exceptional — extremely professional, punctual, and clearly very skilled at what they do.

They worked efficiently while paying great attention to detail, ensuring everything was fitted perfectly. What really stood out was how clean and tidy they kept the space throughout the job, leaving everything spotless once they were done.

The doors themselves look incredible and have completely transformed the space. We couldn’t be happier with the result.

Highly recommend both the company and Sam and Rob — a top-quality job all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A truly beautiful door and surround. Different from other companies.
First class service. Good communication throughout. Everyone I dealt with throughout the process were very professional. The fitters, Tyler, Ollie and Rob were great. Although these are expensive doors, they are unique and in my opinion worth the investment.

We are absolutely delighted with our steel doors. The quality and craftsmanship are outstanding and they have completely transformed the space. They look beautiful and feel incredibly solid and well made.

From the initial enquiry through to installation, the whole process was smooth, professional and very well organised. The team were knowledgeable, helpful and clearly take a lot of pride in their work. The installation was completed to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

It’s rare to find a company that delivers both exceptional products and such great service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering steel doors – they really add something special to a home.

Simom completed the survey for our doors and Tyler and Rob installed them. All 3 were amazing! They were very professional and helpful and answered all of my questions clearly.

Our doors look great and we are very pleased that we chose the Steel Door Company. I would definitely recommend this company to others!

Everything from sales, delivery, customer service and aftercare were fantastic.

Tyler & Oli that carried out the installation are both very professional, knowledgeable and have a great sense of humour.

Would not hesitate to recommend.

The Steel Door Company were amazing!!! And really affordable. The quality of my internal steel doors are superb. From the initial consultation with Will, through to Natalia and then Tyler and Olly fitting the doors, it was so so good. I could not recommend them highly enough. Thank you guys for an amazing job!!!!

Ordering an expensive door remotely via a website felt risky. However, the overall experience was excellent. The quality of the door is excellent and beyond expectation. The fit is perfect in a complex wall of a 220 year old house.
The measurement survey was conducted by Adrian who patiently took me through the options and design adjustment for a perfect fit.
The design detail was communicated flawlessly to the factory and the installation team. The installers were Lewis, Owen and Simon. They arrived fully prepared to carry out what was a complex installation. Their work was highly professional and time efficient.
These 4 staff members are a credit to the company.
In addition to their skills they were willing to drive an over 12 hours round trip from Steel Doors to my home in Edinburgh. Both Adrian and Lewis's team arrived with a smile and went straight to work and didn't stop until finished.
I would also like to thank Jess and Natalia for coordinating the survey and installation visits and keeping me up to date.

Ollie and Tyler were great, very professional and they could not have been more helpful.
Terrific ambassadors for the company.
