Assistant Amy was amazing!!
We visited sterling home 3 or 4 times to look at suites. We did really love the 3 seater chesterfields. It was a lovely assistant called Amy Ireland that looked after us each visit. She’s a credit to your store. Extremely helpful. Knowledgeable. Put our mind at rest with information on aftercare if we had any accidents ie spills or rips. We finally settled for 2 x 3 seater brown chesterfield sofas. Thank you Amy!!!

Staff were great very professional…
Staff were great very professional would have given the whole experience a 5 star but when I changed the colour of my purchase it was (which was my choice) it was quite a while and a few phone calls and emails from me to the company to ensure this had went through and been completed

I bought a small occasional table which I was then told was “in stock”. Despite this, I was told that it had to be delivered and that was an extra £69 thank you very much. To add insult to injury, I was then told what day of the week you are in my area. For that price, I should be able to say what date suits me

I visited Sterling Home today
I visited Sterling Home today, I hadn’t been in a while and when I walked in was a bit confused as to where I was going..then out of the blue appeared Elaine whom I can only describe as the most friendly, cheerful helpful person ever. She explained she was the stores meet & greet person. She showed me where I needed to go chatting along all the way like a long lost friend which I found wonderful. I will be back soon to pick new wardrobes and hopefully to have a chat with the lovely Elaine.
Store owners should take a leaf out of Sterling Home and get yourselves an Elaine I can gaurantee the customers will stay longer 👏

Great service from start to finish, from Steven, Brian and Dylan, also from the measuring and fitting team.
We needed carpets in a hurry but they all rose to the challenge and made it happen superquick!

Ruby was a real gem !
The lady ( Ruby) who helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable about the Stressless chairs range. The chair I ordered was delivered quickly and the delivery team were very efficient.
All in all , great company, lovely staff and perfect on time delivery with good communication.

Easy Sale with Great Customer Service
Connor Ross in Hall 3 Beds was the magic in this sale. My wife and I went to look at beds but wanted to have a little time to look at them without being hounded. Connor did exactly that. He came over gave us a higher level view of the current offers and then left us to look round. My wife then spoke to him again and he took us to the area where the beds were per our requirements. He then left us again to have a look on our own which is exactly what should happen. He then came back and we made the purchase. The offer was good and the service from Connor was excellent. Too many times you are pounced on and almost harassed. This did not happen and Sterling should be proud of his customer service.
