Absolutely amazing store . Every department is beautifully presented and a vast choice of furniture available . Amy was wonderful and went the extra mile sorting out our purchase . Sterling Home great 5 star customer service , all staff were friendly and welcoming .

Excellent customer experience
Visited garden centre at Sterling Tillicoultry and was assisted by sales lady Sharon who was extremely helpful, answering questions and measuring sizes.
Sharon was very patient and nothing was too much trouble.
As we were unsure on our sizes, she sent us a quote with details that we could access later at our convenience.
Once home, I had several follow up questions and called the garden centre a number of times. Every time, Sharon called me back and went out her way to find out answers to my questions.
The follow up for process from her has also been very pleasing.
This experience has left a favourable impression.
Sterling this is excellent customer service that you should be proud.

Excellent service from Elaine at Tillicoultry
We recently visited the Tillicoultry store to look at sofas and ended up purchasing a Himolla suite. I have to say that Elaine was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process.
She was extremely knowledgeable about the Himolla range and clearly knew the products inside and out. We had a lot of questions, particularly around the different options and specifications, and Elaine was able to answer everything clearly and patiently. When she didn't have an immediate answer, she went the extra mile to find out for us by contacting the rep or the factory.
What really stood out was her approach to selling. She was friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. She seemed to know exactly when to leave us alone to discuss things and when to step in and offer advice or information. That made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable rather than feeling like we were being pressured into a purchase.
Elaine is exactly the sort of salesperson you want when making a significant purchase. Her knowledge, patience and genuine willingness to help made a real difference to our experience.
A big thank you to Elaine and the team at the Tillicoultry store. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent sales attendant
We were at Sterlings mid afternoon on 12th August. The shop was quiet and we were there to purchase 2 new beds.
Our assistant Evija Rube was first class. Knowledgeable about the products, had excellent customer service, allowed us time to decide between options and gave us great suggestions. We can honestly say she has probably been one of the best sales assistants we’ve ever had and it made our purchase a pleasurable experience.

Staff were polite
Staff were polite, rather a long wait for item ordered. Did not appreciate being forced into large amount charged for delivery, after nearly not ordering they said we could just have delivery and not all packaging removed, we are capable of doing this and don’t require anyone to do it whilst being made to pay, then the hard sell of protection, this adds hundred of pounds to your order, all I wanted was the sofa not added extras, just hope it gets delivered on time and is in perfect condition
