The largest store of it's kind UK wide.
We travel for 1hr 45mins to come to Sterling home Tillicoultry. We are never disappointed. The staff, the cleaners, the cafe are so happy, pleasent and welcoming every time we visit. The service is second to none. Amy Ireland went over and above to help us while purchasing 4 chairs. We also purchased plants a reed defuser, cards and a wooden spoon. We came home delighted with our day at Sterling Home. One big family x

After 8 reviews of the problems with…
After 8 reviews of the problems with the 2 suites and to be told a 4000 pound suite after the years warranty is out you have no help and remaining with the payments. Where has customer service went.The phone calls were no help.
Done this and this has failed 4000 pounds downs the drain

Good in-store sales and advice service
I recently ordered a new recliner sofa and two swivel chairs from Sterling's leather furniture department in Tillicoultry. The sales adviser, Michael Neish, was very helpful and knowledgeable, and took time to provide a friendly but thorough service which made the selection process reassuring. Other staff at the giftware till were also pleasant and helpful. Very good in-store service all round. Hoping the delivery will go smoothly.

Just amazing service …
We had the pleasure of visiting your branch in Tillicoultry on Sunday 12th. Wanting to buy bedroom furniture at the department we were greeted by Gordon with a genuine smile and hello. He assisted us in choosing the furniture and we quickly settled on a range. Unfortunately there was a technical issue finalising the transaction but without any fuss Gordon got assistance from Michael who quickly came up with a solution and helped complete the transaction- Michael throughout was friendly chatty and absolutely engaging- I cannot praise them highly enough- thank you to both

Excellent customer service.
We recently visited Sterling Home to view 3 piece suites. With huge amounts of options on display in very spacious surroundings, it was easy to find what we were looking for.
Particular credit to the customer service assistant who was so pleasant, helpful & informative.

Incredible variety of furniture available in store and first class customer assistance
Cannot fault the high level of knowledge of staff members Margaret and Gordon.
They were welcoming, helpful and respectful towards us.
We ordered a fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets, a sofa and a side table and the selection available was vast.
We also enjoyed lunch in the cafe.
If you are looking for any item of furniture I highly recommend a visit to Sterling Home Furniture.

I took my 89 year old mother for lunch…
I took my 89 year old mother for lunch in the store, we ordered 2 rolls in bacon and sausage, also 2 cups of tea. I asked if the rolls could be delivered with the tea, informed no problem. When the buzzer gadget went off the food ready I picked up the rolls on table, no tea. We soon discovered the butter applied heavily and bacon and sausage slightly warm. We scraped most of the butter off, I then went up to ask about our Tea! I was informed the needed evidence we had purchased 2 Cups of Tea. I went back to table and found the receipt, after close examination I was told I would need to Wait. I then asked if she would take the buzzer which was still going off. The staff member said no, I then had to lay it on the food pickup table. I then asked another member of staff about the Tea, she left and returned, heavily placing the tray on the table and marched off. My tea pot was leaking and produced a puddle on table. The Comical event was all captured on their CCTV. If they take the time to view this, they will see how Exactly as I said, this saga played out.
