I placed an order which was due for delivery on 27th May 2026. I then received an email stating that the delivery would be delayed due to the bank holiday (I guess that must have come as a surprise to them) and moving offices. I was then advised by email that delivery would be 2nd June, and then 3rd June. It is now 4th June - no delivery and no replies to my emails and WhatsApp messages. I am about to begin the process of recovering my payment through my bank. One previous order went without a hitch, so either I was lucky on that occasion or something drastic has occurred with this company.

DO NOT ORDER anything from this company.

Yet another problem with availability/order completion/delivery.
Promises to get back in touch/resolve issue are not kept - 7 weeks after placing order.
No issues with products, just the customer service from Stilton.

Very poor- they have no customer contact. Don’t answer emails, phone not working and delivery dates just ignored. Claimed my refund through my own bank and it was refunded immediately which means they have had problems before with them. Sad that’s how this company treats their loyal customers I won’t be using them again

If its possible to give 0 stars i would, my advice to anybody reading this is that you please dont order anything from here, something happened to this business recently and the owners lost the plot, hes running a full con taking money from orders that he wont deliver on, if you have placed an order you will need to raise a dispute with your bank, its the only way get the money back,…coincidentally the owner sent an email out to everyone on his mail lost saying to not raise a dispute with an excuse about delaying refunds, which he has no intention of refunding, he will fob you off for as long as possible,

Whilst I have had many excellent deliveries and products from Stilton this latest order had a 2 week delivery slot. Despite marketing emails stating all was well, no response to follow up messages and no delivery. Very disappointed

placed order on 23/04/26 order #178933 received an email to say cannot fulfill order will receive refund do not contact payment source as will delay refund ? 30/04/26
replied i would await refund but no refund was processed after a fortnight
also they cannot fulfill orders but where still sending many marketing emails had my money over a month no
reply when contacted opened a dispute with visa
beware these crooks

Have reported them to trading standards as I have not received my order or credit as promised various times. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Awful, disreputable company. Placed a large order and it never arrived. No replies to emails, phone calls or WhatsApps and now their number shows as unavailable and no longer able to ring at all! Taken my money and run! Now I see all the other customers who have been scammed like me. Please avoid like the plague.

Owner James Morgan is a convicted thief and fraudster and has done big prison time before, I expect he’ll be back there again soon due to defrauding so many hardworking honest people!

I have had a mixed experience with this company regarding delivery. Ordered in excess of £120 produce in April. I have received no contact and no delivery. No response to my email requesting a refund and their telephone number is unobtainable. Now recovering my money via Barclaycard chargeback. I will not use this company again.

Shocking palaver! Still waiting on my £154 order which was due last week. Telephone number on the website is off & I've had no reply to my online enquiries. What the hell is going on here?!

Placed an order 18th February but still nothing delivered and no refund. It looks as though they’ve finally gone bust despite their email on May 3rd promising refunds within 10 days. Seems as though this is a long line of lies and fabrication on behalf of this Company. Please don’t fall for them, they’re still actively promoting on their website but neither the email address nor telephone number are working. Taking money under false pretences maybe ? Or just plain old fraud !

Made an order to be delivered in two weeks, but it never arrived. Tried the phone number , email, and whatsapp but got no reply. Had to contact bank to get the money back , wont be using them again after this

Absolutely no communication from Stilton about the fact that the delivery did not arrive on the date promised. Checking the reviews, which I wish I had done before, I am not the only one who has been on the end of this problem. What happened? A few years ago this was a reliable company, now I will never order from them again. It's fresh food! Incompetent.

I never received my delivery I tried to call 8 times in day never get through emails ignored this company is a total shambles I ordered for a dinner party but nothing arrived beware they are robbing you when you order

It never occurred to me to check reviews about this company before making a purchase as I'd used them several times before and had been delighted but what a different story now! Placed an order for delivery in April, got the email confirming the order and then nothing. No delivery, no reply to emails, no reply to telephone calls, the same story as so many other reviewers. I assume they've gone bust and are relying on fraudulent "sales" to give James (the owner) an income stream. Out of the blue I received a generic email promising a refund and giving several reasons for not fulfilling orders, IT problems, delivery problems and most ironically fraud at Christmas. To use fraud as an excuse to then defraud customers is indefensible!!

The worst company none to man, no values and never deliver on what they say. Just awful, scammers!!!!

I placed an order 23/04/26 then 30/04/26 I am informed they are going to refund me due to not being able to honour my order
Or if I wanted I could wait 3 weeks for them to be able to process it after moving their premises ?
They requested I await the refund and not to contact bank/visa card etc as this would cause more delay ?
I replied Saying I would like a refund and I would allow them time to process it before I contact my bank
Awaiting a reply its been 9 days since I contacted have had neither reply or refund ?
I am receiving 2 marketing emails a day with lots of offers even though they could not process my order and apparently Would not be able to for at least 3 weeks very frustrating so i unsubscribed
Beware of placing new orders if your receiving these great deal emaiils
The last order had no PayPal payment option my usual method of payment
regretfully I used my visa card now waiting on a refund
14/05/26 still no refund will have to contact visa been ripped off
