Stonecrete Direct Avaliações

The sample does not show what the edging of the slab looks like so not really what I was hoping for

Good quality cuppings and pillar civers. It took too long from time of order to when I received the items

Good communication and product

After receiving 2 damaged pier caps they were replaced without any fuss and free of charge in quick time

When ordering these pier stone caps I asked for more information about them and they were as described
really nice colour and good quality finish to them.
The delivery time was as expected down to within 2 days, if I needed to order more I would definitely use this company again.

Good product at a fair price, I would use the company again.
Would of been 5 stars but communication for delivery could of been better.

Delivery on time and kept informed.
Have not yet used products.

Absolutely first class company easy to deal with and very thoughtful people should be more company’s like this even after care is brilliant highly recommend this company to my friends and family
Don’t look any further you will not be disappointed

The purchase was just as they said, times, delivery, perfect!
I did call to say my delivery guy was amazing, polite, so helpful, so nice to give a positive review, I think his name was David, lots of piercings…absolutely lovely guy😁

Great service and products

Paving slabs were very reasonably priced, good quality and delivered on time. Very happy with service and purchase.

Product good, would have been 5 stars but delivery cost isn’t the cheapest

The ordering of the material and the look of the product and the delivery driver was great

2nd consignment arrived on time and all slabs in good condition. Very pleased with outcome. Will use company again.

I accidentally ordered 2 stones that were not the same ‘matching’ size. The company called me to check the order was correct and they then fixed it for me. That would’ve been such an expensive mistake for me to make. I was really pleased with their thoughtfulness. The stone we ordered is also amazing. Great quality and it looks very premium. I’ve recommended the company already to my neighbour. Thanks guys!

Ordered a sample @£3:50 including delivery. It arrived but not at my address , I had to collect from a neighbour 2 miles away. Not Stonecrete's fault but down to the courier / driver who was obviously a bit dim as they delivered 3 parcels all different names and addresses to the one door.
That aside the sample was fine , the product looks good and if I proceed with the project I will buy it.

Delivery on time from local depot. Goods/stone well wrapped - no damage.

I only needed a sill and a header, and very small, but the service I got was really good. The product was as described and was available for collection well before the expected time. I will certainly use this company again. Thank you.
