Excellent speedy delivery, well before expected time

Very good service

Nice products, pallet well wrapped, was told I'd be telephoned an hour before arrival by the courier company. This didn't happen, he just showed up, wasn't an issue as I was home from dog walk. Driver wasn't told instructions about my road being a dead end either which would of been helpful to him.

Great company, good communication, fast delivery, had a problem with one of the items had a hairline crack, replaced it straight away, no hassle, would highly recommend.

I bought some slabs to upgrade my garden. Delivery was under 4 weeks which was fantastic and extremely happy with the product and delivery.

Easy to order. Good communication regarding delivery ETA. Products arrived nicley and safely wrapped on a pallet.

Easy company to deal with and delivery driver was very helpful and managed to place the pallet just outside of my gate which is exactly where I wanted it. Happy with the product and would definitely use this company again.

Continuous communication. Goods well packed. Timely & careful delivery.

This is a beautiful stone semi-circle that looks great in our garden. Great quality with lovely pieces that fill really well together.

Easy to speak to staff and get good responses to questions .

excellent product delivered the concrete ring in good condition read to install.

Good range of products and excellent customer service. One of the pier caps that I ordered was damaged on receipt, but a replacement was quickly sent out free of charge. A positive experience.

Well made product and packed on a pallet extremely well. Makes up a 1.8m dia semicircle just as I had envisaged. Delivery went well with a helpful driver at our end

I ordered pillar caps from Stonecrete Direct and am very pleased with the whole experience. The staff member who helped me place the order over the phone was friendly and helpful.

The items were well packaged, delivered exactly as promised, and arrived in perfect condition. The quality is excellent, and I am very happy with the finished result.

I would happily recommend Stonecrete Direct to others.

Excellent was very happy with the bullseye

I was unsure of the price but having now received the capping stones for pillars I would have paid more. The colour (in my case slate grey) blends in well with the black railings. The product was exceptionally well packed and therefore undamaged - unlike the cheaper ones from builders merchants' that are all staked up on each other and it is hard to find ones in good condition,

no problems

I have placed an order for 2 products not compatible with eachother. They called me next day and we have been able to sort it out on the spot. Order got delivered and time and products of high quality
