The team's patience with my quirky needs made all the difference!

the wrong product was sent and i was in a time crunch so i was left with no choice but to buy elsewhere, the cost of shipping this was a little steep but its a heavy product that was sent. upon reaching out i was instantly refunded by John Mentese including the shipping cost and i want to thank him for making this experience 5 star!

I recently had an issue with a missing shipment, and I was fortunate to be assisted by John M. He was quick to respond and handled the situation with professionalism. He kept me informed with any questions I had, provided clear next steps, and followed through to ensure the issue was resolved promptly. His helpful and proactive approach made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. Great customer service—thank you!

Great product. VERY WELL PACKAGED. I ordered a granite sample and it was extremely well packaged. Arrived quickly. I had ordered tiles from a different company a few years ago and they arrived broken - twice. I can’t see that happening with Stone Tile Depot because of how well they package their products for shipping.

Victor Uganda took person ownership of my issue and doggedly worked it until it was solved. Excellent customer service! Thanks Victor.

Price, customer service, and shipping were all fantastic but the granite sample that I purchased had too many mineral specks for what I use it for.
I laser engrave granite memorials and the absolute black that I received is very nice but doesn't meet my requirements.

Great selection of tile. I was able to match my existing tile.

Shipment was fast and well protected.

Victor was very helpful in providing us a quick quote and speedy shipping for our customers pool. would buy from this company again as long as marble arrives as advertised

I would not recommend purchasing tile through Stone Tile Depot! I had a horrible experience working with them trying to return excess tile. The company is not customer-friendly and in many cases was unresponsive when I reached out for help.

If StoneTile would like to provide me with a specific number to reach out to for further discussion about my order, I would appreciate that.

Ana rojas was great to work with and got my order to me quickly!

Ana was wonderful, so helpful and so efficient. I also appreciated the delivery service being accomodating and giving a reasonable window (not expecting my client to be in all day!)

I had an issue with website, but it was solved via chat in minutes, with minimum actions.

Great experience! Ana was so friendly and helpful from start to finish!

Ana has been great. I am looking forward to ordering more tile from her very soon.

Ana was SO helpful from start to finish! We have not installed the tile yet, but it will surely look beautiful in our bathroom!

I taught customer service for 30 years. Your team is excellent. You made the process easy and quick and you answered all my questions. I may be ordering more tile very soon..
