Stone Tile Depot Avaliações

Great customer service! I have ordered from this company multiple times. They have great prices, and a good selection. The tile arrives intact. The last order I placed, they went above and beyond recognizing that the tile I ordered was actually a paver instead of a floor tile. They called and emailed to confirm before they shipped it out. Sure enough I ordered the wrong thing, they took the time to look up the tile I had ordered previously, made sure the right one was then ordered and made the change order really simple. I appreciated them going the extra mile to avoid the headache and cost of me ordering/receiving the wrong tile.

Victor was very helpful and communication was great. First time ordering from them and will again!
Looking forward to using their beautiful products again!

Very pleased with the quality of the tiles. Shipped securely with no breakage.

Very fast shipping and beautiful stone pebble tiles. we put this in a small bathroom floor installation and it turned out so nice! It looks like a beach in Bali.

Ordering was a breeze! Victor helped me get the best price for the tiles needed for a master bathroom remodel. Everything shipped quickly and was exactly as pictured. I will definitely order from Vitor for my next project.

Prices are higher than competitors but good customer service

Excellent customer service from Victor! I ended up going a different route altogether and am doing hardwood floors, but Victor was so helpful in my decision process (even though I didn’t end up purchasing anything!) that the next time I need stone, he’ll be the very first person I call!

The ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery was very timely. Had a representative check in with me several times throughout the process as well. Just had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend them to others. Zero complaints whatsoever

Victor was extremely helpful and patient while we were getting the order together.

Great communication and sincerity. Very helpful.

My entire shopping experience was online and Iselda was invaluable. She answered all of my questions promptly, helped facilitate purchasing extra samples, and followed up appropriately when needed. The only small issue I had was with the delivery. The delivery person just left the tiles in a random spot in my apartment building and I wish he had communicated a little more so they could have been left in a place that was not in the way.

Excellent sales associate! Excellent freight tracking system.

Customer service was fantastic. This was our second order.

He phoned me immediately and was very helpful.

Great experience purchasing samples from this company. They were prompt and courteous.

I previously wrote a negative review as I had this company mixed up with a different stone and tile company.

Prompt. Good packaging ( Haven't opened yet) . I did ask a question as to the origin of the tile and never received a response.

They sent us 2 different colors of tile 1 dark blue and one black

Delighted with Victor and my stone. Arrived quickly, no breakage.
Thank you.
