Your staff member that went the extra mile to give me excellent service by staying past her quitting time to rent me a storage locker for a 1 yr period. She was exceptionally helpful.

Service has been good for account setup etc.
We got stuck in the lift one evening and the out of hours emergency support team didn’t know what to do. I was put on hold and then disconnected after a minute. Not great when you are stuck in the lift.
Also the lift maintenance warranty seemed to be out of date.
The manager dealt with the issue efficiently, once we got hold of him. He mentioned a credit on the account for the inconvenience, but not sure this has happened or not.
