Abysmal, shocking-zero stars if I could

I would rate it zero stars if I could.
Shocking, abysmal company to deal with…order took ages to ship, only to be sent to an inpost locker instead of being shipped to my home. No longer required as they were for Christmas, Advised by customer services to not collect and it would be returned to them. One month, multiple calls later and still no refund or updates. Shocking service, nobody takes responsibility & no proper customer service team-The whole experience was stressful, one of the the worst companies ever dealt with-Spend your money elsewhere…I’M NEVER SHOPPING WITH THEM AGAIN

Nach unzähligen Kontakten und E-Mails, der Zusendung sämtlicher Nachweise (Zahlung, Bestellung, Rücksendung) sowie mehrfachen Versprechen, dass es sich nur noch um wenige Tage handeln würde, erhielt ich gestern die letzte Antwort der Service-Hotline:
„Es tut mir leid, Sie werden keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Tun Sie, was immer Sie möchten.“
Ein solches Verhalten ist inakzeptabel. Solche Unternehmen sollten vom Markt entfernt werden, da hier offenbar bewusst darauf gesetzt wird, Kundinnen und Kunden finanziell zu schädigen. Offenbar wird kalkuliert, dass sich kaum jemand wegen 100–200 € einen Rechtsanwalt nimmt – und genau darauf baut dieses Geschäftsmodell auf.

I will NEVER order anything from this…

I will NEVER order anything from this company again. I ordered a $130 bag for a Christmas present on December 19th. The tracking has updated ONE time since, on December 23rd. It’s now December 30th, and there have been zero updates to tracking (mind you, this package is going from NJ to VT, not overseas). I would expect this kind of service ordering a $10 package from Shein, not an expensive bag. All the recipient wanted was to have it for NYE but that ship has sadly sailed. Every customer service representative for this company has offered no additional help and has just regurgitated the same information I am privy to on the tracking. Save yourself the time and stress and order from literally any other store.

No resolution to my issue- bad attitude from customer service representative Maria

My order I placed on 26/12/25 at 23:06 and shortly after placing the order, I realised that there was a minor error in the email address provided( it’s written hmail instead of Gmail, they are literally nest to each other on the keyboard). As the order was placed late at night, it was not possible to contact customer service within the stated 15-minute amendment window. I contacted customer service the very next morning in good faith, expecting a reasonable solution. Unfortunately, I was informed that nothing could be done due to company policy, without any consideration for the circumstances. I find it unreasonable that a rigid 15-minute rule applies even when an order is placed outside of customer service operating hours. More concerning was the interaction I had with MARIA on 27/12/25 at 10:35. During this call no attempt was made to correct the email address, no complaint was submitted on my behalf, the attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which left me feeling blamed rather than supported. I was explicitly told that the situation was my fault, which I found upsetting and inappropriate. Customer service should aim to assist customers, not alienate them—especially when the issue was reported promptly. I am requesting a correction of the email address associated with my order (if still possible). I have always appreciated your in-store experience, but this online customer service interaction has been deeply disappointing. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and handled with the professionalism expected from your brand. I will recommend you to save yourself some stress and don’t shop online from & other stories.

They sent me the wrong product and did not refund me!


I had a very disappointing experience with this business. They sent me an incorrect item, and when I returned the products, they failed to refund me correctly, reimbursing only one piece instead of the full order.

What makes this worse is that I contacted customer service twice, once by phone and once by email, clearly explaining the issue. Both attempts were completely ignored. As a result, I’m being asked to pay for their shipping mistake, which is unacceptable. I also should not be responsible for return costs caused by their error.

Because of the lack of response and accountability, I am prepared to escalate it further to consumer protection authorities if necessary.

Poor customer service, incorrect refund handling, and zero follow-up. I would not recommend ordering here unless you’re prepared to fight to get your money back.

God - men der er plads til forbedringer

Overordnet en god oplevelse, men med nogle betænkligheder. Jeg havde netop kørt mit kort igennem ved en online bestilling under black friday på en taske med 20% på, da jeg så anmeldelserne herinde og blev lidt betænkelig. Jeg kiggede efter email bekræftigelse som aldrig kom, men heldigvis fik jeg lavet en bruger på deres webside så jeg kunne se at jeg havde købt tasken. Pengene var heldivis heller ikke trukket eller noget. Jeg skrev efter en uges tid om de havde set min bestilling gennem deres kundechat og sendte screenshot af mit ordrenummer fra min profil på websiden. Efter lidt skriveri frem og tilbage fandt vi ud af at der var sket en form for teknisk fejl ved min bestilling og jeg skulle derfor købe tasken igen. Her var tasken ikke med rabat, men kundeservice sagde at de ville overføre det resterende beløb i den oprindelige rabat tilbage ved en overførsel til min bankkonto. Jeg valgte at stole på dem, og gjorde derpå som de sagde. Leveringen var lidt langsom, men kom da efter 1-2 uger. Jeg fik også de resterende beløb på min konto. Så alt i alt gik det jo godt, men det virker til at der er noget teknisk og service mæssigt der i den grad kunne forbedres, hvorfor jeg desværre ikke kan give mere end 3 stjerner i denne omgang. Men selve tasken jeg købte er i god kvalitet og pengene værd, så det er rigtig positivt.

Appalling service, both Customer and online

Placed an order on line for delivery before Christmas received an email saying thank you for your order and that was all the correspondence I got.

Chased the item 6 days later only to be told it will be delivered on the December 28th!

Asked to cancel the order but the call centre staff said they are unable to do so as there is only a few minutes window from placing the order to being allowed to cancel it. This is very poor practice.

And they use Evri for delivery and this company need to be avoided at all costs

Terrible

Terrible! Do not order online! Useless customer service. Ordered online for delivery to home address. Suddenly it was shown as updated for delivery to pick up address not even local to me. Contacted customer service by chat and phone and told nothing they can do! Have to wait for item to be delivered in like 6 days and wait another 3 days if not collected before item will be returned for refund. That’s over 20 days since they took my money and no guarantee how long it would take to refund! Will not be shopping here anymore!

Don’t Order if you need it by a certain date

I ordered presents and my xmas dress from the delivery date was between 18 and the 22, so I put the address of the place where I am going to spend Xmas. The parcel no only has not been delivered but every time I contact them they tell me something different first time was going to be delivered the 22nd yes or yes, then Seur has it but they have not delivered it, we don’t know why. so I contacted Seur and they told me
they have yet not received anything from Other stories.. so now is with DPD.. and it is going to be delivered to Spain!! They just keep making things up and not offering a real solution. Never buy online with them!! Customer Support is useless!!!and meanwhile no presenta or xmas dress for me

Pésima gestión envío para una marca tan cara - no lo vale.
Compré un abrigo online, 3 semanas en recibirlo. Un producto de 200€, cuando compro en Zara tarda 1 día. El abrigo me quedaba grande, así que tuve que devolverlo, NO se puede devolver en tienda, así que te cobran 4€ , como por horarios me iba complicado llevarlo a un punto de envío, solicito recogida a domicilio, 5 días después de solicitarlo sigo esperando que vengan a por el paquete. PENOSO y vergonzoso, con estos tiempos, por supuesto entiendo que la devolución me llegará 4 meses después si no ponen problemas. No compréis aquí, hay muchas otras tiendas que se preocupan de forma profesional del proceso en pro del consumidor.

dårlig kvalitet og dårlig service

Jeg liker designet på klærne her, men kvaliteten har dessverre vært skuffende. En svart dressbukse fikk mye nupper etter få gangers bruk, og en svart kjole i 100 % merinoull til 1 400 kr var svært slitt allerede etter to gangers bruk.
Da jeg tok dette opp i butikken, fikk jeg beskjed om at dette var normal slitasje, og reklamasjon ble ikke tatt imot. Etter min mening er dette ikke akseptabel kvalitet i denne prisklassen. På grunn av dette kommer jeg ikke til å handle her igjen.

Hatte 3 Bestellungen retourniert oder teilretourniert - hat gut geklappt - innerhalb 1 Woche bestätigt und rückerstattet.. Hatte erst nach Bestellung mal nach den Bewertungen des shops hier geschaut, mich erschrocken und Blut und Wasser geschwitzt ... hat aber top geklappt - hatte wie gesagt 3x kurz hintereinander etwas bestellt ! Dazu ist die Mode echt toll ...

Sadly there was no option to give zero stars for this company’s customer service

My experience with online shopping and their customer service was absolutely dreadful. Hours spent on pointless phone calls. Nobody at this company follows through on their promises which are just lies to end the call. It cost me in terms of time and ££ and I will never buy from them again. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced from any company. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

I wish I read trustpilot reviews before I ordered

I received notification that my order had been shipped the day after I placed my order as well as an estimated delivery date. This date came and went. When I contacted the “customer helpline” 🤣🤣 I was told I had to wait another 4 days before they could contact the courier to investigate my case. I had positive in-store experiences the complete opposite online experience.

Bestill kun fra nettbutikken hvis du har veldig god tid! De bruker alltid kjempelang tid på å pakke varene. Jeg venter enda på et plagg kjøpt for snart tre uker siden.. Kundeservice bruker 10 dager på å svare.

The early sale is a total scam

The early sale is a total scam, as the site is not able to handle the traffic. The site is not loading at all & hours later, everything is sold out. Don’t do early sales, if your site can’t handle it. Being part of a huge company like h&m and having a webshop worse than any small business, outright embarrassing.
