La marque And Other Stories ne respecte pas la régulation française, en effet, même si elle propose une facture au moment du paiement, même si la loi l'oblige à la fournir au client particulier s'il en fait la demande, elle refuse de s'exécuter !!!

Terrible delivery time, even worse customer care. Have noticed very little response from the company to negative feedback on Trustpilot, which is telling. Needless to say, I will not order from them again!

Appalling! I ordered a skirt and the delivery time was stated as 5-7 days. After 7 days I contacted the carrier - they hadn't even shipped it! When I rang their customer 'service' a woman tried to tell me that 7 working days meant a date that was actually 14 days. I asked them to send me a replacement and they refused. Will never use again

VERY BAD DELIVERY POLICY
When I ordered a product I placed the name and delivery address in the order, I paid by Paypal which put my address on the confirmation but when I received the confirmation order from & Other Stories the delivery address was an InPost Shop not my daughter's address. I rang the company, the first time I was left hanging for 10 minutes by a customer service person and then the call dropped out and on the second call I made I was told that the address had been changed automatically and she couldn't do anything about it. So now my daughter has to go and collect the item herself when she has a new baby and is working from home. Thanks & Other Stories. At least they said they would refund the delivery cost but that is not the point. When I give a delivery address and I'm asked for a delivery charge, I expect it to be delivered!!!
UPDATE: I placed the order on 1st December and was told it would be delivered by 10/11th December. It is now 11th December and it hasn't even reached the delivery company yet. Disgraceful. This company shouldn't be allowed to exist even though it's supposed to be owned by H&M.
Extremt dålig service
Extremt dålig service, dålig hantering av beställningar, returer. Deras butiker & online butik är enligt de själva inte ”samma butik”. Oerhört komplicerat att skicka tillbaka en vara, en vara som kommer dåligt packad & helt skrynklig. Första & sista gången jag beställt härifrån, finns så många bättre ställen med bättre pris & kvalité!

Beställde en vara (Ring) som jag fick orderbekräftelse på. Priset på varan stämde tyvärr inte mot det som stod på hemsidan. Fick mail och de skulle åtgärda det. Några dagar efter får jag ett nytt mail om att de inte kan leverera varan. Tyvärr slut. Hur kan man då beställa och få en orderbekräftelse?? Besviken....

Havde jeg kunne give 0 stjerner, så havde jeg gjort det. Der skal så lidt til at give en god service overfor jeres kunder og ikke engang dét formår i. Hvordan har vi som kunde ikke mulighed for, at returnere onlinekøb i jeres fysiske butikker? Det kræver så lidt af jer, og gør alt så meget nemmere for os… jeg kommer i hvert fald ikke til at købe flere varer ved jer grundet ovenstående.
Lockung mit „extra-20%“ die nicht gewährt werden
Ich bestelle seit Jahren bei & Other Stories und habe noch nie einen so verwirrenden und unehrlichen Kundenservice erlebt.
Beim Black-Friday-Sale wurde mir bei mehreren Artikeln im Warenkorb eindeutig ein zusätzlicher „Extra –20 %“-Rabatt angezeigt. Genau so steht es auch in der Shop-Beschreibung: Der Rabatt wird an der Kasse abgezogen.
Im Checkout wurde dieser Rabatt jedoch plötzlich NICHT mehr angewendet.
Der Endpreis entsprach exakt dem alten Sale-Preis – der zusätzliche Rabatt fehlte komplett.
Mehrere Mitarbeiter im Kundenservice behaupteten daraufhin Dinge, die mathematisch und faktisch nicht stimmen.
Es wurden mir „zusätzliche Abzüge“ erfunden, die in meiner Bestellübersicht schlicht nicht existieren.
Die Zeile „Kampagne“ zeigt klar: 0 €.
Anstatt den offensichtlichen Fehler zu korrigieren, habe ich von drei verschiedenen Personen drei verschiedene falsche Erklärungen bekommen.
Das wirkt weder professionell noch kundenorientiert.
Ich erwarte im Jahr 2025, dass ein Unternehmen
1. korrekte Preisangaben macht,
2. Rabatte so abzieht, wie sie beworben werden, und
3. dass der Kundenservice wenigstens die Bestellübersicht richtig liest.
So verliert man Kundinnen.

Det er fuldkommen absurd hvor dårlig deres retur proces er. Jeg kan se på tracking nummeret at min retur er modtaget af dem for flere uger siden. På trods af dette, kan kundeservice ikke bekræfte at de har modtaget min retur, også selvom jeg har oplyst alle tænkelige oplysninger omkring min ordrer, pakkenumre mm. Om jeg nogensinde får mine penge retur, er et mysterie deres kundeservice ikke kan hjælpe med at svare på. Deres kundeservice kan/vil generelt ikke svare på en skid, men giver bare standard svar hvor de beklager og siger de vil undersøge det…
Det kan ikke være rigtigt at det skal tage flere måneder at få sine penge retur, når man kan se at de har modtaget returen. Jeg har aldrig oplevet noget lignende! Jeg bestiller ALDRIG fra dem igen og jeg vil virkelig fraråde andre at bestille fra deres webshop.

Realice un pedido a través de h&m y la experiencia fue pésima. Nunca recibí el producto, en ningún momento se me notificó que no lo fuera a recibir y 20 días después recibí un email en el que directamente se notificaba el reembolso del dinero. No lo recomiendo en absoluto ya que no se trata de una excepción sino que es un problema que se repite con frecuencia
Two Orders Failed, Parcel Recalled, Zero Communication
Ordered twice in early November. Both orders failed completely.
First order: confirmed as complete, then cancelled without any notification. Only found out weeks later when I chased.
Second order: payment taken, two weeks of silence. Finally told it was “on its way” on 19th Nov. Then & Other Stories requested the courier return it on 21st Nov (visible on tracking). Refunded without explanation.
I’d explicitly requested NO refund and needed items for work. They ignored my instructions completely and did the opposite.
Customer service offered 20% off – but only for online orders. Why would I order online again after two failures?
Reviewing other recent reviews here, I’m clearly not alone. Pattern of failed deliveries, poor communication, inadequate service.
It’s deeply disappointing to see consistent negative reviews going back months with the same issues. They keep failing customers yet nothing improves. I’ve completely lost trust in this brand and will not shop with them again.
Avoid online shopping with this brand. Physical stores only if you must.

Inefficient online shop
They are extremely slow.
You pay for every delivery and it always takes much longer than any other large retailer.
To return an item you pay as well but on top of that you’ll wait forever to get your money back. I had to call their costumer service 3 times already. They are nice and try to help you but definitely their system is really inefficient. Being part of the same group as H&M, and considering that &otherstories is generally much more expensive, H&M offers a service 100 times better than they do.

0/10 rating. And other stories has corrupted technology systems you can expect wrong sizes to be sent with you. I was sent a wrong size 3 times for the same item, following promises I would be sent the correct size. Time wasted spent arguing via email with customer service and shipping back returns, just to be made a fool again and again by being sent the wrong size! They offered me nothing to compensate for my horrific experience, and said claimed my situation has been resolved already. No refund has been made yet. They told me to order 2 different sizes in hope I get the right one lol!

Having never ordered from them before I am unable to sons again…the customer services is diabolical the off shore call centres are unable to understand English well enough or speak it to allow for a comprehensive conversation so the flow is fractured and fails. No lead times for complaints and delivery dates go on and on and on and on…
