Still no delivery after 2 weeks
I placed an order for two items on October 11, and today, October 23, I still haven’t received anything.
The tracking shows that the package was handed over to Instabox on October 16 at 14:15, but there has been no movement since then.
I’ve contacted customer service three times asking them to investigate or send a replacement, but I keep being told to “wait a little longer.” Very disappointing experience so far.

Mir ist leider das gleiche wie so einigen hier passiert.
Ich habe inzwischen mehrfach schlechte Erfahrungen mit dem Kundenservice von & Other Stories gemacht.
Bei einer Reklamation habe ich den Sendungsbeleg mit Trackingnummer nachweislich eingereicht – laut DHL wurde das Paket zugestellt. Trotzdem weigert sich & Other Stories, den Betrag zu erstatten, mit der Begründung, man habe intern beschlossen, „keine weiteren fehlenden Rücksendungen“ mehr zu erstatten.
Das ist rechtlich nicht zulässig:
Sobald der Verbraucher den Versand und die Zustellung nachweisen kann, liegt das Risiko beim Händler (§§ 355, 357 BGB).
Eine interne Entscheidung ändert daran nichts.
Auf jede meiner sachlichen Nachrichten kommt nur eine standardisierte Textbaustein-Antwort, ohne auf den konkreten Fall oder den Nachweis einzugehen.
Das wirkt, als wolle man Kunden systematisch entmutigen, ihr Recht auf Rückerstattung einzufordern.

I would give 0* if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service on the phone number provided. Truly awful. Representatives have children crying in the background when answering calls, English is poor and they put the phone down on you when they don't want to deal with the call. I have tried to call the store to speak to them about my query and you cannot call a store in the UK either. Thought this was a good brand - will never purchase from them again.
Horrible return policy and times

Leider hat die Qualität über die Jahre drastisch abgenommen. Ich habe vor kurzem einen Pullover in maulwurfsbraun bestellt. Ca 70% Baumwolle und reine Wolle, Rest Polyester. Was soll ich sagen. Nach zwei Stunden Tragen war der Pullover voll mit schlimmsten Pilling, ich habe mich so geschämt als ich den Pullover im Restaurant ausgezogen habe! Das Ding landet so wie es ist in der Recyclingtonne. Das war mein letzter Einkauf bei &otherstories.

Desastre respecto a información en políticas y plazos de envío, que además te los cobran. Esta vez no podéis echar la culpa a SEUR, que ha mejorado bastante, ni tampoco a que el almacén esté en Países Bajos, puesto que desde China llegan más pronto las cosas que desde allí. Atención telefónica pésima, te despachan con la misma información que puedes ver tú mismo en el mail de confirmación. Quiero exceptuar de este comentario negativo la fantástica atención que me prestó Alfonso, la persona que me atendió el día 17 de octubre por teléfono. Tienen suerte de contar con él en la empresa. Ojalá algún día trabaje en un sitio donde valoren como es debido su profesionalidad.
Horrible company
I ordered a jumper and there was enough time from the date of placing my order to delivery, before I travel abroad. However, days passed and my order was not dispatched. I emailed 3 times before I had an answer from someone, ignoring my questions about delays and the fact that I traveled abroad soon ( I gave them exact day). When I kept insisting to tell me why it was delayed- I was told they were busy with their orders! I explained this was going to arrive after I leave, but they did not care much. The most useless customer service ever, because they don’t even bother to read emails properly. Then they refunded my shipping fee, measly £3 and something as ‘an apology’. Never mind the order was delayed and I am not going to be there. And I was planning to take this jumper with me in my travel.
Luckily I put my work address, so I asked my colleague to keep it for me. When I came back, opened the package, it was such a disappointment. Difference in the colour, no shape, sleeves too long and too tight around my waist. Then I saw they charge you to return it 😂. Horrible company, I would never order from them any more.
Poor returns experience
Ok on the whole but be warned - refunds are SO SLOW. Went beyond their 14 day policy and had to chase twice. Got no updates along the way. Worst returns experience I’ve had in ages and it’s put me off ordering anything else online.

Jag beställer en kjol och en tröja - jag får en klänning och en tröja(?). Istället för att de tar hand om SITT misstag får jag som kunde gå och returnera en klänning jag aldrig beställt. Som grädde på moset är kjolen nu slut - så jag fick inte det som jag beställt :)

So the necklace didn’t arrive and after calling them 4 times they explained Evri’ had damaged it so it had been returned to them.
Nobody ever called me or contacted me to let me know, I had to call them.
Because my friend really wanted the necklace I re-ordered, expecting to get my refund asap because of my constant complaints and then just pay for the 2nd necklace. Anyway the new necklace has arrived and it looks like it’s come out of a Christmas cracker, the cheapest thing I’ve ever seen! I’ve now returned the necklace and they owe me 2 refunds which I know I will have to call them again and again to chase.
I have NEVER experienced customer service like this so unless you can afford to throw your money away then please don’t bother, I let them scam me twice!!!

Awful customer service & products.
I purchased a jumper in-store in Dublin, washed it correctly on a wool wash as per the instructions and it shrunk. When contacting customer service, they refused to help as we brought it 'in store'. We simply can't fly back to Dublin to change the top, we are aware we can't get a refund but we had proof of purchase and all we wanted was another jumper.
Really really unhelpful customer service, will not buy from them again.
Online Scam - different price online to Instore
Identified a bag online in the Sale which was sold out, so I did the search option for item in store. I went completely out of my way to visit a London store to purchase the item, to discover it was full price. Completely misleading & flouting trading standard regulations. Deeply disappointed, I won’t shop there in future on principle.

Super fijne klantenservice
Normaal plaats je misschien niet zo snel een goeie review over een online shop (want druk, druk, druk), maar ik ben zo goed geholpen, dat ik toch dacht: ga ik nu even snel doen.
Had een probleem met schoenen die ik een aantal maanden (bijna half jaar) geleden had besteld. Hier leek het al alsof er een productiefoutje in zat, maar wilde de schoenen zo graag hebben dat ik besloot ze toch gewoon aan te trekken en te gebruiken.
Toen ontstond er na een aantal maanden op die plek toch een gat. Contact opgenomen via de mail. Super snel reactie gekregen. Werd zelfs nog een keer gebeld (omdat dat wat makkelijker praatte dan mailen) en daarna is alles geregeld.
Allemaal super lieve mensen, mega goed geholpen. Had een tijdje geleden een probleem met de ZARA en geloof me: als je dat hebt, kan je beter je tijd in iets anders stoppen want die zijn bijna onbereikbaar en áls je ze dan te pakken krijgt ook nog super onbeleefd.
Echt chapeau en dank voor jullie hulp @other stories. Blijf zeker bij jullie terugkomen. :-)

I've been trying to return an item for a week! I continue to get automated responses. NO ONE HELPS. I will NEVER buy from this site again. They make it easy to spend and IMPOSSIBLE to return. BUYER BEWARE!!

I wish I could rate 0 stars. The tracking link wasn't working when I ordered the item and I didn't receive a response from them despite informing them several times. It was only later that I realised I was emailing the wrong email address - there was no email reply saying 'do not respond to this email' or anything. Eventually I found the right email address, had to email them twice before receiving a response. Only for them to tell me the item had already been delivered 2 weeks ago. It never arrived, so they said they would initiate a refund, which was good. But then I couldn't find the refund in my account for weeks and was emailing them to chase up with no response. Eventually I received it, but never got a response from them.

Do not purchase anything from this company !! Purchased a top on 3 September . Still not received . After raising a complaint I have been refunded the £4 delivery charge but not the £87 for cost of item which surely must be lost after 20 days . I know not every company can be Amazon Primr but still … No response to e mail . Appalling customer service . Be warned
Terrible customer service
I went to the Regent Street store and purchased a top and earrings. The cashiers are now using iPhones which don’t accept Amex payments so the woman needed to move me along to the next till, when doing so the earrings didn’t get passed on but I was still charged. I have the receipt and time stamp and reached out online asking them to check this but received really poor customer service from Dexter online who then ended the conversation mid way through. Didn’t listen to my concern just kept saying ‘go to the store’ but didn’t have solution to the fact I can’t go to the store in a city I don’t live. A very unfortunate mistake from their cashier and even worse customer service online.
Wrong sizes
I received a wrong size item TWICE. Reordered the item because they promised it would deliver the right size. But here I am, back at the UPS because I have to return the wrong size item again that I delivered.
