Both Customer Service and products are amazing and of high-end-quality. The prices are Not cheap, but compared to luxus labels you get quality and Not just a Label and plastic.

The suede is absolutely fantastic for this price point. Soft and lovely to touch. The design and construction are excellent. The slouch is perfect. Bag was delayed over a month, otherwise great. I would buy again.

Customer service was particularly helpful after I placed the order for a shoulder strap. I realized that we would be out of town for the delivery. Customer service arranged a shipment at a later date. Very appreciative of this. The strap is gorgeous, matches the leather on the bag perfectly and it will be an easy switch between lengths. A great addition to. a gorgeous blue suede handbag!

the strap is bent when i open the bag. It keeps sticking out when i use it.

Very pleased with both the quality of the bags and customers service. Very human. Since it is an in international purchase, delivery takes sometimes. However, all within reason and they did made the wait worthwhile.

I bought the brown suede East west Curve bag, it holds everything I need. IPhone, 3 lipsticks, hairbrush, purse, some mints and kleenex.
And it’s still not full. Fits so good xrossover and I love the handle.
It came after just a few days and I live in Sweden.

The leather on both the East West Curve bag & the Midi Curve bag are of exceptional quality and style. They are two of my favorite and most beautiful bags I own. I am so glad I bought them.
