I went to your depot on Monday to pick up parcel as this was said my the person on the chat.
when I got there at the reception anohter person said we can not find your parcel and you got the wrong information.
first delivery on the friday... we have never had any isses with drivers not finding our house and they could have called.

Title says it all.
Ordered short cut rebar for home DIY.
Heavy package, well packed and quick to deliver and a lot cheaper than some other suppliers in the DIY market.

Hi There Jason, We are very sorry to hear your order hasnt been delivered yet. The order was place on Thursday 2nd and dx attempted delivery Friday to which the area was closed so no one to sign for the delivery. All our deliveries must be signed for so sadly if no one if available they are instructed to not leave the goods.
If you have any issues with deliveries all we ask is for you to give us a call as i dont believe we have been contacted to chase this up for you.
I Can see this is being re attempted today so please can we ask that there is someone to sign for the order.
