Fairly priced
And delivered when said

Not only are the prices great, the customer service was excellent. I was kept up to date with delivery details, and everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. I would use this company again and highly recommend them. Thanks for a 5 star service guys.

Very straightforward online ordering process with Trade Insulations and their prices were excellent. Once the order was placed I had access to regular delivery updates with the delivery being completed in a timely manner by quality delivery professionals. I would have no hesitation in ordering materials from Trade Insulations in the future. A first rate experience from a first rate trade company.

Delivery driver went out of his way to get pallet to where I wanted it.

Fast delivery, good price and great product. You don’t always get all three with many suppliers these days. Extra bonus - the delivery driver was helpful and friendly.

Great retailer. Got my insulation for my home projects way cheaper than others and delivery was great and as planned. Lee was great. Highly recommended.

Terrible Customer Service – Avoid!

I placed an order with Trade Insulations Ltd and requested cancellation the following morning, less than 24 hours later.

Despite this, they insisted on charging £120 to cancel. They also required me to provide someone to help their driver unload the materials, which I wasn’t expecting.

Their customer service was extremely disappointing, with no understanding or flexibility. Definitely my first and last order with this company.

Impeccable service with competitive pricing. Provided delivery timeframe around my busy schedule.

I always use trade insulations for sourcing my bulk insulation, insulated and regular plaster board. They offer a wide selection. Prices on leading brands are competitive, delivery is usually free with a bulk order and lead times are short. I would highly recommend

I ordered 18 of the 40mm Soprema PIR Insulation Boards (1200 x 2400mm), and I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Delivery was super fast, and everything was delivered with great care. The online ordering process was easy and straightforward, and the communication afterwards was absolutely fantastic.

I honestly cannot fault anything. Excellent service, great communication and a smooth, hassle-free experience from beginning to end.

Highly recommended! I would definitely order from them again.

Good quality and speedy delivery with no issues. Nice follow up message to check everything was ok.

good prices, quick and reliable delivery

Delivery service was exceptional! Came quick, called me when they were there and although I was outside left it safe for me when I got to work. Great guys, even reached out to me to make sure evening was ok. Would 100% recommend.

Great service, highly recommend.
