Excellent Service
Excellent service and would have given five stars. The only slight issue was that the order arrived in two separate parts even though the order was for all the same thing. Just seemed a little wasteful of time and resources for the courier.

Deliveries can be split depending on where the stock is being held and also carriers only handle up to 25kg so if the order is heavy it gets broken down.

I had a terrible experience with this supplier. They managed to deliver my items to the wrong address, and instead of sending everything together, they shipped each item separately. One of the items never arrived at all.
They also failed to meet their next-day delivery commitment, which was one of the main reasons I chose them in the first place. To make matters worse, their customer service was extremely unhelpful—rude, dismissive, and unwilling to provide even basic information about my order.
Overall, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I absolutely do not recommend using this company.

Good Afternoon. We sincerely apologise that your experience did not meet your expectations.
We can confirm that all goods were dispatched together via DX; however, due to the overall weight of the order, it was divided into three consignments.
One of the items was misrouted by DX and it was to be delivered to the correct address once it was in transit.
We communicated this to you yesterday, and you expressed satisfaction with the information provided.
Unfortunately, we utilize third-party couriers and we cannot guarantee the reliability of any delivery service.
We dispatch according to the requests made by our customers.
Earlier this morning, we received a phone call from you requesting the estimated time of arrival for the missing item. Regrettably, we were unable to provide an ETA at that moment, as we did not have that information available.
Our customer service team aims to avoid providing misleading information to our customers.
We have followed up with DX today and as of now, we are still unable to obtain an ETA. Please be assured that once we receive this information, we will promptly relay it to you.
