Vouchers bought and delivered really easily.

I Won a case of beer in the christmas competition,
Leo contacted me yesterday to say he would be sending my prize, it arrived at 8.50 TODAY. What a excellent delivery service, it all looks very well presented and my husband cannot wait to sample these delights.

Ease of ordering. Fast delivery

From the ordering of the vouchers I received daily emails on shipment transit and delivery. I was told 2-5 days and it was delivered in 2 days. Impressive!
The only thing I would say is maybe have vouchers for more than 5 ( I know the 10 were sold out). But maybe offer 20 … just a thought. My sister and I ordered 12 each.
I was at the brewery in April when I was visiting from Canada. Had an excellent meal and drinks!!!
My brother is excited to use all the vouchers!

Firstly we purchased these beers for the New Year as we’re out of the Country. In ordering and delivery the service was excellent. Obviously can’t review properly until later.

As usual my order was taken and processed promptly. Having never had any issue with the Brewery I see no reason to change or quibble. Super work from the team, great vibe. Happy drinking and a Merry Christmas to you all

Minor issue with one order but customer service was second to none, replacement was sent immediately following my phone call to discuss.

Yummy beers but pretty expensive especially as you have to pay p&p. Purchased for my son who drinks 3X in the local pub when he visits.

I used the chat line to find beers that I could ship to my son in Cambridge. The service was very prompt and helpful. I ordered two cases on line but at the checkout I found that I couldn't use a delivery address that was different from my billing address. I went back to the chat line and was told the delivery address could be altered manually the following morning. This happened but I received no confirmation so I couldn't be sure that the order was progressing correctly. DHL made the delivery on Monday 14th November which was later than expected when I made the order on 9/11/2022.

Great service. The website was easy to follow, ordering was simple and my gift arrived a few days later.
