Me llamaron para pedirme disculpas y explicarme lo sucedido, lamentándolo mucho mi reseña sigue siendo la misma por el mal momento que pase, con los nervios y el estrés de no saber si iba a entrar o quedar fuera, agradezco las disculpas y la explicación.

I would never use Viagogo or StubHub again.

I purchased five expensive Gold Circle tickets for Bad Bunny in London months in advance. I paid a premium specifically to be close to the stage and planned a family trip around this concert.

I was repeatedly told that my tickets would be delivered by 2:00 pm on the day of the event. Instead, at 2:01 pm, I received an email saying my tickets were unavailable and offering me either the cheapest seats in the corner, far away from the stage, or a refund.

By that point, we had already travelled to London. What should have been an exciting family experience became extremely stressful. I had no choice but to accept the refund and scramble to buy last-minute tickets through Ticketmaster. We ended up with much worse seats than the ones I had originally paid for.

In my experience, Viagogo and StubHub are not reliable for important events. If you are travelling or making plans around a concert, be aware that there is a risk your tickets may not be honoured, even if your order has been confirmed for months. I will never buy tickets through either company again.

This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I paid for 2 tickets to the Belgium vs. New Zealand match. StubHub only sent 1 ticket. When I contacted support, they told me to return the ticket before they could send replacements. I did exactly what they asked, sent them proof, and on my end the transfer still showed “Cancel Transfer,” meaning it hadn’t even been accepted.

From there, it was nothing but excuses.

Every time I called, I got the same scripted response: “Your case has been escalated. Our internal team is reviewing it.” That’s all they would say. No updates. No solutions. No accountability.

Now there are only 3 hours until kickoff, and I still don’t have the two tickets I paid for. My son and I have been looking forward to this game for so long, and StubHub couldn’t care less. They had hours to fix their mistake and instead left us hanging while the clock kept ticking.

What’s the point of a so-called FanProtect Guarantee if your customer support just stalls until it’s too late to do anything?

I paid for two tickets. StubHub failed to deliver them, wasted hours of my time, and completely ruined what should have been an unforgettable day with my son.

Absolutely unacceptable. I will never use StubHub again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone trust them with an event they actually care about.

I ordered and paid for 2 tickets for concert on 6/20. I received 1 ticket on 6/18. On 6/19 I contacted Stubhub and jumped through hoops, talking to bots was hung up on by first customer service rep because my problem was "solved". I contacted them again and finally my problem "escalated" to higher level of customer service. On 6/20 I contacted Stubhub again because I still had not received tickets. I was told they were aware of problem and not to contact them again. At 6 pm on 6/20, I contacted them again and the customer service rep was not able to tell me where tickets were, if I would have tickets prior to concert start at 7:30 pm. At 7:20 I was sent an email with instructions to purchase 2 tickets. No info was given about if my original purchase price would be applied and only seats left were nose bleed or on the floor. I purchased middle priced tickets originally and could not find any middle priced tickets. I missed a concert i had planned on since November2025. I received a refund with no reply to my complaints on 6/24/26. I want to know why I was not given 2 tickets immediately with my initial complaint.

SCAM SITE I purchased tickets for the Bad Bunny concert in Madrid through StubHub and ended up receiving one fake ticket, which resulted in being denied entry to the stadium.

I traveled all the way from Sweden to Torrevieja and then drove 5 hours from Torrevieja to Madrid for the concert. I also paid for a hotel, rental car, fuel, and other travel expenses — all for absolutely nothing.

I have tried contacting customer service multiple times but have received no response and no refund for the invalid ticket.

I do not recommend buying tickets through this website, as they cannot guarantee reliable customer service or that their FanProtect Guarantee actually works. Despite heavily promoting this guarantee, they have failed to respond to my emails or provide any assistance.

It is extremely disappointing that StubHub allows the sale of invalid tickets and appears unwilling to take responsibility when problems occur.

I hope they contact me with a solution as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be escalating this matter further and filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

Very disappointed with this experience.

I bought 4 tickets to Fifa World Cup Uruguay x Saudi arabia.
I had emails from stubhub saying that seller is transferring the ticket .
Actually seller has never sent them, i lost a trip to miami , the event, and accommodations.
Ive wrote their support before, at the time and after the event.
They are not refunding my money. They say i need to wait their department to authorize !!! Wait for what???
I sent proofs my fifa app was empty( no transactions)
They allow scammers to sell without tickets and speculate over it.
I will have to sue them!

Ik kocht via Stubhub kaartjes voor een concert. Echter zonder dat ik het goed doorhad rekenden ze een flink bedrag extra. Pure oplichterij wat mij betreft.

Bought 3 tickets to Hamilton in Detroit. When tried to use them told that they were invalid. Stubhub is now giving us the runaround. No agreement to refund thus far just more questions & hoops. Will never use them again! They ruined what should have been a special night.
They did refund our tickets a week after I wrote this, but if I found the process frustrating.

I paid for a parking pass for the Globelife Field in Arlington Texas for the Eagles, "The Long Goodbye" Act III.
The pass was for Lot G for May 16 2026. Due to the different parking lots listed in the confirmation email and the PDF, I initiated a call to StubHub.
I explained the difference in the two emails. I was assured that all was fine for Parking Lot G.
We arrived at 6 p.m. on 5 16 2026, there wasn't a soul in sight.
The concert starts 7 p.m. We drove tithe next parking lot, parking Lot N. We explained the situation, and the Globelife Field employee stated that the Lot G wasn't authorized for parking. He stated that many customers stated their parking pass was for Lot G sold by StubHub.
We paid for another parking pass in Lot N.
I have sent a few emails requesting the return of the money which I paid and also the charge for the new parking pass.
I have not heard a word from StubHub as of yet. I won't be buying anything else from these crooks. .

Extremely frustrating experience with StubHub and the Dr. Phillips Center ticketing process in Orlando. The two platforms clearly do not communicate effectively on event night, yet StubHub refuses to release the tickets until the last hour.
Even the venue staff could not clearly explain what was happening or provide meaningful assistance, which created unnecessary stress right before the performance. Customers should not be left scrambling at the door wondering whether their tickets will actually work.
The entire process felt disorganized and poorly coordinated. After this experience, I will never use StubHub again.

I purchased tickets months in advance through StubHub for the Brandon Lake concert on April 12, 2026. StubHub says they sent a transfer months ago, but the link expired and I never received usable tickets. On the day of the event, I contacted customer service multiple times and they refused to provide replacement tickets or a refund despite their FanProtect Guarantee. I paid $330.13 and missed the event entirely. This was very disappointing and stressful.

This is a total fraud company. I bought 18 tickets for the Raf Sapera concert in Detroit on 4/2/2026. the tickets were purchased on 2/5/2026 for $1.187.28. They promised to deliver the tickets to me before the concert. Members of my group went to the venue and spent money in parking and food etc. Some of them had travelled from out of town to attend the concert. However, an hour before the concert I was informed that there are no tickets and my only option is a refund. There were other tickets available at that time that were equivalent as all the tickets in the event were standing only. Stubhub refused to honor anything. I was on the phone with their rep for over an hour. They claimed that the seller did not honor their end of the deal. I asked them if there was any penalty for the seller. They said that the seller will be penalized the price of the ticket. I asked them if I will be compensated wit that penalty....they said no. Bottom-line, if a deal falls through at the last minute, the buyer is screwed and Stubhub makes money. Its a shame. Needless to say that we suffered a big financial loss, and I still have not gotten my refund. Never trust Stubhub.

Worst experience. Not honest and company lacks integrity. Tickets were voided by promoter as they needed to relocate fans for production purposes. Stubhub was either unwilling or incompetent to fix the problem. Spent two days on chat and email going in circles as they told me I had accepted the tickets. Sent screen shoots of voided tickets, notice of voided tickets by Ticketmaster, I even gave them access to my Ticketmaster account to see for themselves. Basically kept responding that I had accepted the tickets. Don’t ever purchase from them - or if you do it’s a straight up gamble. I called visa and am contesting the charges which they have already agreed to. Stubhub is a scam, no integrity, false advertising - zero customer service or product guarantee.

Truly nonsensical - crazy overpriced. Bought tickets from the source for $45. Had a friend interested in the show, the same tickets are now $165 plus fees, now it makes no sense for friend to go and more than likely the seat will go empty

I bought ticket for a soccer game in morroco when i was in vacation there . I never received my ticket for the game and stubhub is not taking action to give me my refund after several messages it is always the same answer telling me the internal team will take car of it but nothing is happening

We bought sombr tickets after not finding any on ticketmaster. We saw the reviews and we were pretty scared, but everything turned out fine. They said the tickets would arrive the day of the concert but they came four days before!! very very happy

Stubhub system was unable to provide nfl tickets on time. It did not work as intended and advertised. NEVER AGAIN !! Customer support terrible.

Used Ticketmaster 1 week later. Worked perfect, no conversion and transfers required. NO STRESS

Less than 1 star. This company is terrible. Long hold times. Difficult customer service. Was sent the wrong seats when I showed them receipt they still didn't honor my purchase. As I type I've been on hold 15 minutes someone picked up them immediately put me back on hold. Customer service is rude. They have a lot of glitches in their system DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. GO TO TICKET MASTER
