They advised me after I showed them the constant error message that they would look into it Never heard back and unable to reply to emails they sent me. They have policy guarantee which states WE'LL GET YOU TO YOUR SEATS that they didn't honor
They truly enjoy benefiting from my misfortune. Not an honest and compassionate organization. Buyers be ware

Kaartjes gekocht voor de wedstrijd , nooit ontvangen voor man united , uur lopen bellen met het bedrijf. Hele sfeer weg en dag verpest. Uiteindelijk 10 min voor rust 4 vervangende kaarten gekregen. Uit eindelijk een klacht in gediend voor een vergoeding of de helft betaling. Ze doen er niks mee . Wat een stelletje geld graaiers ben helemaal klaar met ze. Stubhub has a comprehensive system of assisting in selling your concert tickets. THEY JUST DONT PAY YOU. I successfully sold 6 tickets, with all of the notes back confirming sale and transfer. And still haven't been paid for a concert that occurred two months ago. BEWARE. I have spoken to Customer Service 3 times with promises each time that I would be paid and that my situation has been escalated. Go through Ticketmaster instead.

Compré entradas Golden premium directamente a través del sitio web de StubHub. No a un vendedor individual fuera de la plataforma. Después de la compra y después de reservar vuelos de larga distancia, se me informó de repente que mis entradas habían sido retiradas por un problema con el vendedor.

STuBHuB is horrible. I’ve done many many transactions and paid them lots of money.

Today I listed 4 tickets in a row, together. I pre-uploaded as they suggest and I have always done.

The buyer purchased seats 1 and 2 per the order. The preloaded tickets delivered and claimed in my Ticketmaster account were seats 2 and 3! Leaving me with 1 and 4 for the next buyer. This was all done by STuBHuBs delivery system. I followed instructions and sold these same seats many times! I was specific in the selling choices of sell 2 or 4 tickets and leave me with 2 together or none. They left me 2 apart - 1 and 4 remained in my account!

They then told me to list seats 1 and 4 now as singles!!! The buyer of the first order has the wrong tickets- STuBHuB does not care about that. They delivered the wrong tickets! The tickets STuBHuB delivered does not match the buyers order!

To top it off, I realized after selling the first 2 and dropping the price for the other 2 lower and lower why they didn’t sell. The remaining 2 together in my section didn’t slow up! So they cost me $$$$$$$.

And the worst part? The take no responsibility, no help, no solution and blame me for the entire thing! I’m finished with STuBHuB!!!!! Never again. The made a $200 mistake and it will cost them about $5,000 yearly of my future business based on my history. Welcome to 2026! I’m going to Ticketmaster or Seetgeek for future.

We purchased two tickets for a concert in Boston. Due to a personal issue I had to cancel the trip. The StubHub recommended listing the tickets in their sales site. No news for months. Just one day before the concert they texted that someone wants to buy the tickets. I immediately went to the StubHub web page and explained them that I am going to use the tickets myself and the tickets are not on sales.

Today (one day after the concert), I was just charged for the full amount of the tickets ($360) for penalty. Penalty for what? They said I did not delist the sales. Ok I did not de-list but when they contacted me I immediately let them know that I am keeping the tickets myself. What kind of harm did I make to the StubHub? Betrayal of their sales promise to potential buyers?

If they charge this ridiculous penalty, should not they inform the customers like myself this ‘fine’ print in a more explicit way beforehand?

This is a complete rip off!

StubHub is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with as a seller. The fees they charge you if you can’t fulfill the sale is pure robbery, they charge you the full amount of the sale but yet if you fulfill the sale, you get a reduced amount because StubHub takes their fee. Worst of all, customer service isn’t willing to help you out if you make a mistake. StubHub’s practices should be illegal.

Kaartjes gekocht voor de wedstrijd tottenham hotspur-liverpool op 20 december 2025. In eerste instantie op tijd (enkele dagen voor de wedstrijd) een bericht ontvangen met de qr codes van de kaartjes.
Toen we naar de wedstrijd gingen bij de 1e scan doorgekomen maar bij de 2e scan bleken het kaartjes voor senioren te zijn. Onze zoon zou in eerste instantie terug moeten naar de ticketbox om bij te betalen, voordat hij weer naar binnen zou kunnen. Gelukkig was er een supervisor die een oogje dichtkneep en we toch door mochten. Dit had heel vervelend kunnen aflopen. Erg veel commissie betaald op toch al veel te dure kaarten via stubhub, maar goed, die keuze voor dure kaarten hadden we zelf gemaakt. Maar voor dat geld moet het dan gewoon kloppen! Conclusie: helaas is ons vertrouwen in juiste kaarten via stubhub niet erg hoog na deze ervaring.

I bought a ticket here. I was not able to enter the game and the Host of the ticket didn't want to help me since the ticket wasn't on my name. After calling hundreds of times and providing thousand of screenshots i didn't get my money back.
They are scammers and be careful please. I lost a lot of nerves and money because of them!

I ordered tickets to see the Rocketts for December 5th at 7:00p.m. I received two confirmations. I traveled from Georgia with my granddaughter for this event. We went to radio city and we couldn’t get in because when I clicked on my phone for the tickets they sent me tickets for December 4th at 11:00 a.m. I wasn’t even in New York that day. I would never use StubHub again and I would advise that no one else uses them.

We traveled to Spain to see the Commanders - Dolphins game. We bought our tickets (good seats in 400 section on the 25 yard line) 4 months before the game. The game starts at 3:30 and at noon we were notified by StubHub that “ the seller did not release the tickets”
We were offered other seats - one option in the 400 section but in the end zone. With that as our best option, we choose them. It was chaotic getting into the stadium. When we finally reached the point to show our tickets, we were told the tickets are not legitimate and that “you were scammed”
We had to exit like salmon going up stream and call customer service. The game had started.
After much discussion, we were offered tickets in the top row of the stadium. We had no other option than to be ripped off by Stub hub and accept the tickets or not go to the game after traveling thousands of miles to see it.
We were o not the only ones that day that were sold scam tickets by StubHub.
Do your self a favor and do not learn the hard way like we did. Never and I mean never consider purchasing tickets from StubHub.

Concert tickets were 42 euro's but in the end I payed 72 euro's.
For payment by PayPal of ApplePay, the 72 euro's is displayed, but for creditcard payment the 'fees' are hidden until you've already paid.
It's a scam, the link came from the top Google result and looked legit, but This must be a StubHub site with the bands name BandTour2025 dot com and offered only StubHub links. Same tactic as ViaGoGo, similar scam.

Via Stubhub is het me gelukt om een kaartje te kopen voor een uitverkocht festival. Was eerst skeptisch na het lezen van alle reviews. Redelijk hoge fee maar het kaartje was gunstig geprijst. Thanks!

Kaarte gekocht voor NBA match. Nooit ontvangen. Je ziet 2 tickets in je APP zo gezegd geleverd maar nooit per mail ontvangen!!

3 x contact gehad met helpdesk in UK, geen support, valse beloften.

Per mail, zelfs geen reactie.

Fraude, mafia praktijken

In eerste instantie kaarten niet ontvangen. Na telefonisch contact is dit super opgelost, kreeg kaarten op een andere (duurdere plek) en hebben geweldig genoten van de wedstrijd Portugal-Hongarije enige mindere aan deze avond was de uitslag. Maar nogmaals aan de telefoon super geholpen en direct terwijl ik aan de lijn was is het opgelost.

Kaartjes gekocht voor een wedstrijd in Engeland. Keurig ontvangen op de dag van de wedstrijd. Alle 4 de tickets. We konden zo naar binnen. Geen enkel probleem.

I bought tickets with them time of event no ticket sent and cannot enter the event. I bought new tickets at the event and entered as I had to drive 2 hours to the event and did not want to miss it. I contacted them the agent told me sorry his a refund and new ticket and voucher received none of it and I did not need the ticket as I already bought one. And still no refund for 49 days of chasing them.

I bought tickets from stubhub 4 months before my event I realized after buying them I could have bought them for half the price from the vendor but they wouldn’t let me return my tickets. So I asked when I would receive the tickets I was told they haven’t released from the vendor and once the vendor releases them I will get an email to collect them so in the 4 months before the event I never received these tickets but reached out to customer support several times and was always told they’re guaranteed to you so I asked when I’ll get them everytime they tell me by September 27th the day of the event. The day of the event comes still haven’t received them I call and ask again at noon they guarantee the order is processing and tickets are on the way and will be there in time for the event, 30 minutes before the event I still don’t have my tickets so I call them to ask for help at which point I’m told “the vendor never released the tickets and we don’t have any sorry” clearly the vendor released tickets cause the event took place with thousands of people there. However I didn’t get to see it pretty disappointing would never suggest stub hub to anyone ever.

They sold me tickets they didn't have. So when I tried to surprise my husband for his birthday to see his favorite comedian, they sent me a link to retrieve tickets from Ticketmaster but there were no tickets. So embarrassing. There should be a way to shut down a business like this.

Please do not buy anything from this site, they charge x 3 of a regular price. I made a big mistake buying tickets for broadway show thinking its a special show and StubHub, Inc is the only seller of the tickets. Next day Amex presale showed their prices and it was below $70 CA for the tickets when I paid &467 for 3 tickets in total. They also added service fees that they have not disclosed before the transaction. The declined to provide refund when I requested it the day after the purchase, their Staff on live chat were very rude as well. The only offer from them is to resell the tickets on site viagogo where you have to provide your credit or debit card info and scam other people into purchasing overpriced tickets.
DO NOT PURCHASE THE TICKETS FROM StubHub, Inc THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
