I had left a good review earlier when my course was extended due to my personal circumstances, in response to their kind consideration. But when I applied for an exam voucher before the end of the course, I was told I would hear from their team regarding the exam voucher, which I never did. It had been for months together. Recently they positively acknowledged that they had received my request for the exam voucher and that I would hear from them!

My Tutor was very prompt in getting back to me when assignments were submitted and if i had been experiencing any issues with the portal.

I purchased the Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner complete package with exams and re-sit exams package in 2023. I took the course and requested for the exam vouchers. I was told that I should have done that within six months and so I needed to pay an additional fee for the exam vouchers. I paid and requested the vouchers.

I waited for months and still did not get the vouchers. May 2024 a representative of theirs called me and told me that they were no longer issuing vouchers for the 6th edition and so I would be upgraded to the 7th edition package at no extra charge. I accepted and went ahead with the course. Four months ago, I requested the 7th edition exam vouchers. I was told there was some technical difficulties causing a delay issuing the vouchers but they were working on it. It felt like history repeating itself. The difficulties have not ended and they stopped responding to my emails just over a month ago.

I am not sure why they promise things they can't deliver on. I am highly disappointed and I would like my money back because study365 is yet to deliver or give me a solution.

They owe me an exam voucher and keep sending me the same stupid copy and paste email saying there’s an issue w their system, give me my money back

Please i beg you to stay clear from this provider. They are horrible. If you want delay in your goals after paying for a service then i guess use them

What a complete scam of a service provider. Signed up for Prince 2, for the first few months their communication was spot on then it stopped. I sat my Foundation exam and then asked for my Practitioner code to sit the final exam. That was May 2024 it’s now July 2025 and I still haven’t had my code to sit the exam. I have spoken to them on WhatsApp when they can be bothered to answer your message.
Then they had the cheek to tell me that my subscription was about to run out and to extend my membership was going to cost more money.
This is yet another company that don’t deliver what you have paid for. I am currently speaking with legal to see where I stand in this case is this company are a load of bandits.

Absolute Scam – Study365 Should Be Embarrassed

Paid for the PRINCE2 Foundation course with exam included. Got access to some mediocre videos, then… nothing. No exam voucher, no real help, just endless “we’re looking into it” emails and empty promises.

They’re clearly not set up to actually deliver what they sell. It feels like the whole operation is designed to stall until you give up. Total scam behaviour dressed up as online learning.

If you're considering Study365 — don’t. They’re not just incompetent, they're laughably unprofessional. Go with a real training provider. This one’s a waste of time, money, and patience.

This is the 2nd time I've reached out for assistance, and each time I am assisted by somebody who is knowledgeable and ready to take action. I'm always pleased with the resolutions.

I recently encountered an issue with the name on my newly completed certification from Study365. I reached out to their support team to rectify the issue and they were fast and responsive.

The support agent, Nick, was exceptionally helpful. He took the time to ask the right questions and assisted me in updating the name to my preferred version. He even followed up with an email and sent the corrected certificate directly to my inbox.

I'm genuinely impressed by the team’s responsiveness and professionalism. This experience has boosted my confidence in continuing my learning journey with Study365.

I highly recommend their support team—prompt, courteous, and efficient.

Update to June 27th: reply was given on 4th June that they are 'working on it'. Been three weeks and still no practical solution offered.

Contacted them several times through chat and through email. Once response back and that is it. I paid for a course and now that I want to take the test, apparently, they are having issues with their test booking system. I only have couple of months left to take the exam. I just want some confirmation I will be able to and not lose my money.

The only reason this has 1 star is because I cannot give it 0.
DO NOT use this company.
They DO NOT provide any exam and when it is requested they simply do not respond to any contact, whether through their website, phone calls, emails - no response whatsoever despite weeks of trying.
I have now requested a refund and will shortly ask my credit card company to get my money back.

This company is a scam. Do not use. You will not get your money back and you will not get the qualification you need.
For the second time, I have not received exam vouchers or the study book despite requesting these months ago. No one replies to my emails for months, and when they do they just say that my request is being processed. I have now been waiting since January and still nothing. As before, if I could give 0 starts I would. Avoid this company at all costs - it is a scam.

1000% a scam organisation; You pay for (mediocre) online training videos and the exam vouchers are never forthcoming. Waiting over 12 months for one and 3 months for the second. Contact them multiple times everyday (via email, chat, whatsapp, complaints forms) and very, very occasionally I get an email to say "Technical issues". then nothing for weeks. DO NOT PART WITH MONEY WITH THEM IMPERIAL LEARNING OR GLOBAL EDULINK!!

I bought the Prince 2 7 ultimate foundation course in October. They continued to tell me my exam voucher would be processed but it has not been. I requested a refund if they could not provide it but no refund either. In fact as per PeopleCert, study 365 is operating under different names and no longer has an association with the exam provider so it seems they are just a scam now. They had a lot of opportunity to rectify but did not. Beware of any positive reviews as they give you free mini courses in exchange so they are not accurate.

If I could give zero, I definitely would!

I've emailed several times to which one adviser,Ian (if this is a real person I don't
know) said he was working on it. Since February I've had no responses to any of my follow ups. I would avoid this company if you wish to keep hold of your hard earned money. They are a bunch of scammers.

Bad news if you have signed up for a PRINCE2 course including exams: be aware that Study 365—also operating as Imperial Learning, 1Training, Study365, and Global Edulink—is no longer a partner of PeopleCert, the official provider of PRINCE2 exams. I confirmed this directly with PeopleCert’s customer service.

I purchased a PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner course, which included exams, but despite requesting my Practitioner exam voucher in June 2024 and following up multiple times via emails, calls, and chats, I have yet to receive it.

Scam! Avoid like the plague.

I have been fobbed off time and time again by Study365 after requesting my Exam Vouchers in DECEMBER 2024. I will continue submitting 1 star reviews until I have received these. I would ask all others to avoid using this company if you don't want to get scammed out of hundreds of pounds

Simply a bunch of SCAM artists !!! Do not waste your time and money.

@Lisa Wallace if you see this - how long did it take you to get a free voucher from PeopleCert directly?

My experience with Study365 customer service and program has been exceptional. I had issues with my course and was responded to immediately with a solution. Looking forward to completing my studies My many thanks to Study365
