I had few issues with voucher for Prince2 Foundation exam, luckily Ian helped me with everything. My previous certification cours has been not only extended but upgraded as well and voucher for exam sorted within less than 24h. Appreciate your help!

I fully completed the Level 3 Award in Education & Training more than half a year ago and still after confirmation of succesfully passing have not received my certificate. I have attempted to contact the mentors, the manager and customer service multiple times via phone, over 20 emails and whatsapps all have been ignored or simply one generic vague non helpful answer. This is unacceptable for a program that claims to value its students and their achievments.

I was excited to complete the course and have been eagerly waiting my certificate as this was a requirement for a new job role due to the incompetence that Study 365 has displayed my probationary period has had to be extended as I require the proof of certificate. Unfortunately it seems that once Study 365 have your money, they have no interest in delivering what they promise or a professional standard.

I understand delays can happen but this is beyond reasonable, it is extremely frustrating to see no updates or any form of resolution, I feel completely ignored and I am at a point wondeing if I will ever receive what I am owed.

I would not recommend this program to anyone based on my experience, my colleague also undertook this course with me and has also experienced this negativity. The lack of professionalism in delivering the certificate is inexcusable, they are extremely unreliable and unprofessional, total scam artists.

A great online learning website for learning Project management. I sucessfully completed both Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner exams recently.

I recently completed a Level 3 award in Education and Training. After MONTHS of attempting to contact study365 to claim my certificate as proof of successful completion, they have not had the decency to answer my calls or my emails. They have been very quick to take my money but not the same can be said for their response time with regard to my certificate. After almost 6 months, I still do not have my certificate not do I know the status of my course result. UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, HORENDOUS SERVICE and DREADFUL EXPERIENCE. Definitely not worth a single minute of your time.

I have just completed the Project Management Essentials course, and I couldn't be more thrilled with the experience. The course was engaging, and insightful and provided me with a strong foundation in project management skills. I enjoyed it so much that I'm now excited to take my learning to the next level by enrolling in the Diploma course they offer. The Essentials course has truly sparked my passion for project management, and I’m eager to deepen my knowledge and further develop my expertise.

Having completed my course in April, I still have not received my certificate confirming my course completion. Contacting them seems to be useless.

I have used Study 365 for a number of professional development courses, namely PRINCE2 and Agile, Agile & Scrum Essentials and will continue to undertake further courses. I have found both the learning platform and the course delivery excellent and customer service I have to say have been really prompt and any issue I had was dealt with quickly and professionally.

I recently completed a nutrition course on Study 365. The content was incredibly detailed, covering all aspects of the subject thoroughly. I highly recommend Study 365 as an excellent learning pathway.

Great communication and guidance from the second I enrolled onto the Level 4 Diploma in Management and Leadership Course and an easy online platform to navigate. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a course for the use of the hotel management program, called Opera and it has been very easy to learn. The videos included in the courses are very useful to learn better how to use the program. I have learned many very specific things and terms and I am very happy to have achieved and passed the exam. I have already included it in my CV, hoping to find the most suitable job with my studies

Gavin took a great care of me, from explaining all about the course to solving an issue with a lost e-mail. So far, the PRINCE2 foundation course is interesting. As for the content of the videos, the lecturer, well, lectures and then quizzes you on the topics in the exam format which is a nice way to check your knowledge.

Nonetheless, there seems to be a problem with a correct delivery of e-mails, which does not reflect good on the company. Had I not badgered Gavin all the time, I would have had neither access to the course nor an explanation of how to access study material as it is not written in the course itself.

It has not been explained at the very beggining that you have to request the exam code and wait for 7 to 24 work days to recieve it. I sincerely hope that I will recieve it asap because I require access to the PRINCE2 book which is included only after you get the code.

The company claims they have not recieved my registration form even though I have submitted it on 3. 11. 2024. Today (20. 11) I talked to Ian about it and he assured me he will remedy it. I have made another registration today and I hope I will finally recieve the exam voucher I was promised.

After a few inquiries it seems I may be able to recieve my voucher on the 6th of december or sometime before that date.

UPDATE 7 26.11.
So, apparently the issue with delay in the vouchers is because of a technical glitch in their system, which resulted in a backlog of requests and longer-than-expected processing times. I´m glad to hear they are working to solve the technical issues and I hope to recieve my exam voucher in the next 24 hours as was promised.

I have recieved the exam voucher, I am at peace.

I have studied Prince2 agile practitioner with Study 365 4 years ago and had a very smooth experience, course was helpful, got my exam voucher and exam booked and taken with no hassle and passed first time even though I had brought the package with a re sit exam, just incase. Having the certification definitely did help my career progression and opened up job opportunities.
I have now been back to get a package to renew my certification on this and have had an exceptional customer service experience from Gavin who helped me to decide on the best course and give me the best price. Having studied with them before with no issues, I am comfortable to use Study 365 again and I expect to have the same smooth experience this time.

Great experience using Study365 for Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner qualifications - really helpful training materials and support.

So I signed up to Study365 to study Prince2 project management foundation and practitioner course with free resit exams in 2023 but you get a year to complete the exam hence my review in 2024. I found that the online modules are a prerecorded video which helps explain the different chapters of the Prince2 PM book. So to me its like an audiobook explaining how to understand what your reading in the e-book they supply and how best to interpret and apply the methods. Plus they do online weekly classes to go over some of key chapters which helps prepare for the exams. When you sign up for study365 courses you get 365 days access to their material and they provide a day counter so you know when it ends. When you apply for the exam voucher you get 365 days to use it so make sure you've made all your notes before you lose access to the audio aspects.
