Suez are a shocking company to deal with when your contract comes to an end .. stay away from this company

Former employee in transfer station suez in Brentford.Good staff but management is rude not respectful staff only bullying and and pressure Steve site manager and Kai only care about him self very greedy only say no money no money want everything done in working hours no overtime .Some people left or be sucked very stressful place to work on this management.

Clearly never heard of the term customer service, everything at their convenience

Two weeks without a bin collection, full payment taken as usual, and the same excuse every month: "the road was blocked."

At this point, the only thing SUEZ collects reliably is customers' money.

Absolutely Disgusting Behaviour of a member of staff who works for this company Assaulting a member of the public and snatching a body worn camera of the member of public and throwing it in a ditch which has destroyed the camera.
Rightly so it's been reported to the police. The member of staff should lose his job as in the video I've seen your company uniform was in full view. Outside of work he representing your company, so he's now given your company a bad name for itself.
This is all over the member of public making a video and the member of staff didn't like it. But it doesn't give him the right to assault someone does it.

Main waste fine but nothing but problems since setting up the recycling. It took them 3 weeks to collect the key, then have missed first two months
Collections. Last month the collection was rescheduled 3 times before it was finally picked up and now it’s been missed again!!? Don’t seem to get much from customer Services either. Complain and get no sign of a resolution being managed no offer of an apology and no offer of a credit note.

Disgrace of a company who simply do not turn up. They provide no notice of not turning up and are so arrogant they don't even the decency to contact you and arrange an alternative collection.

Been waiting three weeks for them to collect their bin after terminating the contract with them and they have missed three dates so far promising to remove the bin.

A very poor and out dated service with no improvement for years. While others businesses have the technology better everyday, Suez has been at the same spot with performances getting lower and lower

A nightmare Ashford. Kent. They keep smashing the bins up the car. I have sent emails asking please use the wider gaps..I have been more than reasonable and polite..so when I asked the bin men use the wider gaps only to be called a @&nt twice..then yesterday when asking the bin men why he called me a &@nt and why are they taking pictures of my house..this time to be told I better F£@k off while I can..threatening violence on women who has been going through cancer..and then threatening to refuse to take my bin..when all I’ve asked is to be careful around people’s cars..I didn’t swear or threaten any violence on any one..bully bin men threatening women. Disgusting. In the end ive had to report it to the police…a simple apology and a handshake would of done..but they’ve taken it to far.. ridiculous..I hope the bin men are dealt with.
You say no cctv evidence on you trucks yet I have video evidence of being called a ££nt twice and being told to f£&k off while I can.

I went to Rosehill Suez recycling today in Marple as always the staff Rob and John very helpful, always polite staff on duty. The site is so well kept the gardens are a joy to look at always clean and tidy well done all staff at this site.

Brian Alty at the Stretford recycle unit was very helpful when I was unloading a variety of items.

Very poor we or neighbors don’t know what day they turn up

We have had an excellent experience with Suez so far. They are always on time and very helpful with any queries we may have. Brett has been a massive help throughout, by constantly keeping in touch and ensuring that we are happy with the service at all times. He also organised for us to visit the Energy Recovery Centre so that we can see how our waste in processed.

Ibe at suez Bredbury = top bloke! One of the managers there and really helped me with the disposable recycling waste. Cares about the planet and a great face of the company.

This is now my 7th or 8th review. The 4th since cancelling my contract with Suez in September. They still invoice me and now credit control is getting involved. They are impossible to contact and don't follow up on case numbers. Despite long conversations with people who promise to deal with this I never get anywhere. I won't pay them for 6 months of service I haven't received so I guess they will eventually take me to court. Avoid and find a competent company.

Traffic queues long outside our local recycling plant with the gates shut had to phone head office to see why the centre was closed, I was told it was windy (no weather warnings from the met office) no staff outside telling us why it was closed it wasn't even windy.

This company is a waste of time and money. They do not collect the waste regularly and when they collect they overcharge it claiming that it is heavier. Although I did all my payments they do not collect my waste claiming that I have not paid it. I have to wait ours and days to tell them to check their system. Finally they apologised and still sending me the same generic emails. My waste bags are in the middle of the street for 10 days.
Not recommended. Total scam

Missing bins/bag before Xmas..apparently left somewhere up the road rather than returned wher3 they were left. One call back after complaining to E.Devon Council…due a final callfrm Suez but never happened.
Generally ok but average rating at best.

Absolutely shocking service - only been with then for a couple of months and they have failed every week to collect on the agreed day! No comms from them .. down to customer to chase. case open no comms then they close the case even though the bins are overflowing! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will give excuses like driver time, driver shortage... who cars that's your business problems not ours we are paying you to do a simple job! Case Created - 01004913

First class service. I received a quote very quickly, I did make a mistake and this was rectified straight away and a new quote sent across the same day. I found Mike Skeates to be very helpful and responded to my emails and phone calls promptly, nothing was to much trouble, an excellent service provided by MIke.
