Never issued a refund. Party ruined smaller cake than ordered
We ordered the 10 inches cake for our child’s birthday party but they sent only the 8 inches one. There wasn’t enough cake for everyone and the children were very disappointed and the party ruined. They then never issued a refund as we paid for the 10 inches cake which is over £10 more expensive despite numerous emails and calls.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Delivery was great, I happened to be out and the courier called me to make sure it was ok to leave in a safe place. The cake was delicious and light. Really happy. Thanks Sugaholics!

Amazing cake and great service
Amazing cake and great service! We ordered a pinata rainbow cake on a Saturday late morning for same day delivery and the cake arrived in the afternoon. The delivery person was very polite. The cake was delicious and the design amazing. We will definitely order again!!
