Our order for delivery of cake was executed well in time. Taste was excellent.

I am writing this review with a big smile on my face!! My daughter turned 25 today, This is the first time I have ordered from Sugaholics and was not disappointed. The cake arrived before my daughter arrived home. The delivery man was very friendly. I even tracked where he was on the link they texted. He phoned to say he had arrived. Once we saw the cake my daughter was very happy and loved her cake. The texture, fruits and the sponge was so lovely and light. Not too heavy on the buttercream.
My son's birthday is in 2 days so I will be buying another cake. Well worth the price.

Great cake but delivery is bad

The sweetness is perfect. The texture of cake I think need to more moisture.

It took forever to arrive!!

The 4 out of 5 stars is for the cake itself. As per the picture and tasted wonderful. However, there was no communication at all via email, phone or WhatsApp when I contacted for confirmation of the delivery, as I had ordered well in advance. For such a big order for a party, it isn't the most reassuring from a customer experience perspective.

The cake and service all 5 star. The cake tasted delicious and guest were impressed. Service spot on, cake delivered as per the instructions, just at the desired time. Definitely recommend it and I will continue ordering for the next time.

Hello, I ordered the Superman cake for my son’s birthday this year. Although the cake was chocolatey it was not the oreo flavour that we ordered. Also the ‘Happy Birthday name’ sign melted when delivered and this was disappointing. Hence the 3 stars i’m afraid.

Ordered a fresh fruit cake and was very happy with it 😊. Delivered on time as well ! Thank you Sugaholics

I ordered two cakes: the pistachio one and a custom-made one.
Great communication and reassurance throughout.
Prices are very affordable for the size and quality. The pistachio cake is one of the tastiest, fluffiest, lightest cakes we've ever had. It was so popular we ate it in one night. The custom-made one was exactly the aesthetic we were looking for and we took so many pictures of it!
Great experience overall. Next time, I'll also get the delivery service if I'm planning to get more than one cake, as the cakes are huge (which is amazing)!

Service was good

Ordered Ferrero Rocher flavoured chocolate cake. Very delicious cake without being too sweet. Absolutely wonderful and was worth ordering the birthday cake from Sugaholics. Its been a while since we had a good cake. Will definitely order cakes from Sugaholics for future celebrations too.
