Went into the Gateshead store to get a suit for my pal's wedding, the staff were great helping me get sorted with my size as I had no idea what size I was.
Got so many compliments on the day as well felt great.

The most perfect suit for prom
Just received the Santorini blue split suit for my sons prom I’m over the moon with how perfect the fit and quality of the suit actually is 😍, my son is 6ft so I was worrying about having to send back with not knowing what the sizes where like, the long length trousers are the perfect length and I measured him as 36 chest but went a size up and got a 38 so glad I did very happy and only took a day to come and professionally packaged not a crease in sight thanks again for top service I will definitely recommend and order again.

From start to finish the experience was excellent. The store assistants made the experience easy as i'm usually an indicative person but their recommendations were really helpful and the suit is to a very high standard and fit. Very happy.

Visited the Newcastle store last…
Visited the Newcastle store last weekend and we were greeted straight away by a friendly Gent.
My partner wasn’t sure what he wanted and was guided expertly by staff who were all super friendly and helpful.
We came away with the whole works and couldn’t be happier.
Thank you very much and we would recommend over and over again! We will be back!

Visited the Bishop Auckland store, and received above and beyond customer service by the lovely and very polite and knowledgeable Neve, she was amazing and very helpful, and most importantly, the prices for the excellent quality of suits are superb and very fair.

Issue with quality
Suit arrived this morning, generally it’s fine and fits perfectly but the trousers have a red mark at the bottom of the zip area. There’s also loose threads, and overlocking. Ordinarily I’d cut these off but it’s more than what you’d normally see with a new suit. When calling to arrange a return, I’ve been told I can do this for free but would need to reorder a pair of trousers, which will ultimately mean I to pay for next day delivery again, when this is clearly a quality issue.

We would usually only ask you to order again if you needed the product quickly whilst we were waiting for your return. On the returns form there is a free delivery code when you order again so no next day delivery would have needed to be paid.

Myself and 3 friends Visited the Colchester branch yesterday. Service from Faye and liv was top tier. Outgoing and helpful from start to finish.
They opened my eyes to some new colour choices which I normally would never of gone for . 4 happy customers ready for the races next weekend. Would highly recommend.

If I could give this zero I would! Ordered a pair of trousers to be delivered as I was going to a wedding. They were showing as delivered but the product wasn’t where it had stated. This leaving me to have to drive 50 miles to get another pair so I could go to the wedding. Massive inconvenience and now out of pocket. When contacting the customer service they didn’t seem bothered at all telling me they will get back to me which they never have despite me sending 4 emails. Totally ignored so I have proceeded with a chargeback. Shocking service and will not shop here again.

Hi Andy,
Thank you for the review. Upon looking into your order we had dispatched your item March 25th after you ordered March 24th. You then sent a DPD collection slip saying “back garden” which we unfortunately don’t have any control over.
Since then we have raised the case with DPD where we have to class the parcel as missing. There is a process we have to follow so we as the retailer can refund you in full, which would have happened if we had been given the time.
