We also provide over 150 student houses ranging from 1 bed to 8 bed student homes. All accommodation is located close to campus and at a budget to suit you, with all-inclusive bills available. Fabulous
I have been living here for a year now! The reception staff are beyond lovely and helpful, the location is perfect for city centre life and for uni locations. The rooms are all ensuite which gives you so much privacy and the flats are well maintained and beautiful

Brilliant for students
Very helpful and informative on the flat I was viewing. They answered all the questions I had and provided good information on what I had asked. Easy and fast booking a viewing initially as well.

It was a smooth experience while booking accommodation on Sulets. Jake helped us throughout the process - from Viewing the property online multiple times to paying the rent. He answered all the queries we had and explained everything satisfactorily

I had always heard the process of finding a house is terrible at majority times.
With Jake's help it was such a peaceful process!!
I had contacted other agencies as well but they weren't as satisfactory as it was with Jake.He didn't only help us with the entire process but also in finding the best suited Accomodation for us as per our requirement.
Would Definitely recommend Jake for anyone who is finding the process of finding an accommodation a headache.
Every single question , queries had been answered at the earliest by him.

I have rented a house to students in Leicester since 2012. I joined Sulets in 2018 and switched to the Premium Service in 2019. No more worries about finding tenants, reference checks, deposits, rent collection or dropouts.
They also cover utilities and HMO compliance safety checks. Highly recommended.

The studio rooms are nice and spacey
The studio rooms are nice and spacey. The some of the staff are really nice, helpful and easy to talk to. Their communication skills are great and respond really quickly to problems. The only issues I had was other residents being noisy and slamming the doors.

Amazing Experience with Sulets
I am an international student from Canada. Jake from Sulets has been a tremendous help to me and has made the entire letting process super easy. He has even helped me find my flat.
