Ordered and arrived. Little confusion around the product and its order but easily rectified with the customer support team. Would perhaps purchase again in the future with a little more research around chosen items

Onbetrouwbaar! duurde weken voordat mijn bestelling er was. Toen die eenmaal binnen was leken de sieraden (oorbellen) niet op de foto op hun website. Toen ik mijn beklag wilde via hun mail, kreeg ik mijn mailtjes terug.
Nooit iets kopen daar!!

What a scam.
I ordered earrings, looked beautiful on the website, but I received cheap knock off, the size not as advertised, the quality not as advertised.
I wrote an email, so far no answer.
Would like to get a refund.

Gli orecchini che ho ordinato non avevano minimamente lo stesso aspetto delle immagini riportate sul sito: dal vivo risultano molto più scadenti e di qualità nettamente inferiore. Inoltre, il processo di restituzione non è per nulla agevolato. Per ottenere informazioni su come restituire il prodotto bisogna scrivere una mail, senza alcuna procedura semplice o automatizzata. Un’esperienza complessivamente deludente.

Nice advertising but i can’t find a company name anywhere (even in their privacy policy, it only refers to a brand name, not the contracting party name). I wouldn’t risk buying anything from a company who hides who they are.

I ordered the Sunbound Sterling Silver Petal Ring. It's lovely, but about 3 months later now it is completely tarnished. I contacted Sundelle with a pic, only to be told it was past the 3 month time to return but their newer version was improved and shouldn't tarnish and I can get 50% off! Terrible product!!!!

J'ai commandé une paire de boucle d'oreille. L'une des deux est arrivée cassée dans le sahcet... Vraiment de qualité médiocre. Et la bague, et bien disons que comparé à la photo, elle fait très cheap, on dirait du plastique. Pour le prix c'est vraiment de l'arnaque, les bijoux doivent valoir 10x moins que la prix auquel ils sont vendu

They sent the product I ordered upside down, looked nothing like in the picture on the website. It was ca earrings and the clasp was supposed to be by the ears and it was on the bottom so when you put them in, it did not look like a cat. They were responsive to emails and said they will send me a replacement, but it is not worth the headache. I do not recommend this site.

I ordered some earrings and they haven't arrived. This is a SCAM website.

I ordered some earrings, got a plastic charm. Its a SCAM. Heard about this type of thing happening. . The only reason I knew what it was supposed to be was because it says it on the little plastic bag the charm came in. Disappointing because it looks like the company is based in the USA, but its from China. Don't waste your money!

Beautiful ring and exceptionally good customer service

No problems whatsoever. I ordered a pair of pierced earrings as a gift for a friend only to find out shortly after that she didn't have pierced ears. I immediately emailed both the company and PayPal (who had already made payment at time of ordering) to cancel the order. They responded immediately to confirm cancellation and the payment I had made was refunded in full the next day.

This is a scam ! I ordered a pair of earrings that were in plastic. They don’t have a return adress but only a PO Box in the UK.They refused to refund me even though I sent the plastic earrings with a tracking number

Sundelle koopt hun sieraden op Alie Express voor nog geen 2 euro en verkoopt ze voor meer dan 30 weer verder. Ze nemen niet een de moeite om het netjes te verpakken, komt gewoon in grijze envelop zonder doosje binnen. Levering duurt bijna 2 weken maar dat komt natuurlijk omdat het vanaf Alie komt. Ze gebruiken zelfs de dezelfde foto's. Voel me oplicht! Terug sturen lukt ook niet.
