Updated rating based on the responsiveness of the Team at Supa, and what was a simple error.

New gas connection component is certainly an upgrade.

Product once built is 5 star, however note below.

No communication from supa when purchased , no invoice or reciept received ever. No email confirming purchase. For a 700 pound Product you are not made to feel special in anyway.

Assembly of the unit, is difficult, the video instructions are out of date and uses different names for items than the labels state. Also parts of the video are irrelevant

Great bit off kit means we can now use our hot tub all year round....

The product arrived after slight issue with delivery times .
I assembled it but not used at this point .
looks a very nicely made product .
Excellent response to any questions and staff answer the phone promptly as direct contact no call centres involved .

Absolutely superb product.
It means I can use my hot tub without the mahoosive cost of electric. We have just changed our 1st 19kg bottle of gas, very easy local process.

Got it 2 weeks ago arrived very well boxed set in up can get a little confusing but after that it's easy to operate heatet my 1000 l Hot tub to 38 c in 40 minutes not cheap to purchase but have many uses I've used it 4 times in 2 weeks hopefully it will work great for many years

Amazing piece of equipment
Absolutely amazing piece of equipment. Just take your time with the assembly. A real game changer for a hot tub. Takes an hour to heat instead of the usual 12 hours.

Such a helpful UK based company - Mark couldn't do more to advise me on the assembly and operation when I had some dumb questions. The product is a revelation - filled my outdoor tub at 40 degs in about 30 minutes.

Had our Supaheater a few months now and I have to say it’s great. We don’t use the tub daily and we were getting tired of the electricity costs in either keeping it warm or heating it back up. This little beast means we don’t need to worry about that anymore and is so quick in bringing the tub back to temp it allows us so much flexibility with no more waiting hours to get the tub warm again. Extra bonus is the shower offering, great for an outside wash down after a day on the mountain bike or dealing with a muddy dog. Customer service is amazing, reached out after breaking my shower head, Mark agreed to replace for free..brilliant all round!

Ordered SUPA hot tub heater for our holiday let. Delivered following day. Easy to set up and use. Would definitely recommend this company and their products. The heater does exactly as advertised. My hot tub (1000 litres) was ready to go within the hour.

What a great product only started using it this week but it does the job heating up my hot tub to 40 in no time it’s quiet and well designed and Mark could not have been more helpful

This is a complete game changer....heats our 1400l tub from 20 to 40 in approx 45 mins, only uses approx 150w electric for the pump. We switched our hot tub off when the electric prices went up this has now allowed us to use it again and it only drops 1 degree/day. Easy to use and install. The customer service is excellent, thanks Mark

Brilliant customer service had my supaheater 10 months and it does everything from heating hot tub till foam party never used the electric heater on hot tub it's 100 percent faultless

We received our Supa Heater in early summer. Bought to replace our ageing and leaking wood fired heater for our fibreglass hot tub. We used the original flow and return heater pipes and altered them to allow us to post the red in high and the blue pipe in low dropping into the footwell in the tub. Most impressed with the performance from day one.. but.. recently the efficiency tailed off... turned out to be user error... didn't notice the blue pipe pre filter was getting blocked which reduced the flow to the heater.. we now clean it EVERY time we finish with it.. so it's always good to go... and wow.. it's working brilliantly and compared to stoking the wood fired burner.. it's a breeze.. thanks Supa

What a great product would highly recommend

Fantastic bit of kit, used it 5 times so far around 40 mins to heat up spa from 23 degrees to 40, somuch easier and dont need to worry about setting the timer the night before on the spa, especially as we come to colder months, also can decide an hour before you want to get in and not worry if I have wasted a days leccy, if it decides to rain.

Save about £600 on leccy a year (based on our usage), so will pay for itself in just over a year and as others have said it is a "Game Changer"
