I ordered some shoes from IKRUSH I sent them back 2 months ago and no refund and now they’ve stopped responding to me. I have also contacted Superdrug and they’ve basically said they can’t do anything. Be very careful when buying on here and don’t order from IKRUSH

We were served by 2 lovely ladies at the waterside Lincoln 545. They went the extra mile to help us get items that was not in there store. They managed to get them ordered at Sydenham London branch that have been collected . I hope these ladies are rewarded. They are an asset to the company . My daughter ordered an electric toothbrush for a birthday gift for family member.
It arrived in a squashed damaged brown box with other deliveries, and soon as got it in the house realised the box at the side was open where the tape had come loose, and the brown box was completely empty.
We immediately sent out to call the delivery driver but he had gone, checked the drive incase it fell out but nothing.
We have ring door bell footage of the driver trying to secure stuck the other side of damaged box down.
3 emails and 2 lots business live chat and they refuse to request our evidence which also shows my daughter going back our 2 mins later to call driver back, photos of damaged box, and tell us to call police as theft from my property, which was not the case.
It’s clearly fell out of the rubbish loose taped box, they finally sent there proof of delivery which shows the box in drivers hand clearly squashed damaged and loose tape, yet still refuse replacement or refund.
The complaint is not being taken seriously nor looked into properly, there clearly not reading emails correctly to see it’s not stolen.
Ive now escalated this but don’t expect a reasonable response.
Absolutely awful customer service, no telephone numbers to chat and takes 24 hours for each email or live chat to respond.
Will never use there online ordering again they actually don’t give too hoots, and my poor daughter used pocket money to buy this gift and completely lost it

I normally shop at Superdrug in Bognor Regis and the girls there are too busy texting or chatting to help or even serve you. I found myself in Superdrug Chichester and I asked a young girl called Megan for help. She was happy, smiling and very helpful. Not only did she help me with my enquiry she chatted and suggested more items for different things. I ended up buying them all.
Megan you are an absolute credit to any workplace and I hope Superdrug know how lucky they are to have you as their employee. True review.

Had great service by Nasereen for eyebrows at the Epsom branch. She is precise and accurate and listened to my needs. She also did a great job on my teenage daughter with threading and was very patient. Nasereen is definitely the best at eyebrows at Epsom. Also received great customer sevice by sophie at the cash desk. Very friendly and helpful. Also Rhea on the shop floor was very helpful in helping me find the products i needed. Great experience at Epsom branch.

I visited the superdrug pinestone street location in Sheffield - and I have to say it's some of the best service I have ever received, luxury experiences included! Pheobe was so incredibly helpful, recommended products based on my features and was incredibly knowledgeable on pretty much everything there. Manager leslie Anne was just perfectly when I had an issue that needed to be resolved, huge smile (fantastic red lippie!) And was so welcoming and happy to help. I'd consider my experience to be exemplary in a boutique or designer's, nevermind in a superdrug! Brilliant team.

Extremely disappointing experience at the Oxford Westgate Superdrug.
My 18-year-old daughter was refused a dermaplaning razor because she didn’t have photo ID, even though she showed her student ID. I then went in to purchase it myself, but they refused to sell it to me simply because she was with me. Both managers were rude and dismissive, and the situation was handled in an unprofessional and humiliating manner. Completely unnecessary behaviour. I’ve never experienced anything like it. Superdrug should really look into how this store treats customers.

I went for an eyebrow Thread in crubbs causeway on Friday 24th Oct around 2pm. I asked for a tidy up, I have good brows taken a while to get into a good shape. My usual threader was unavailable hence using superdrug. She asked if I wanted a trim, my usual beautician does this so said yes. Wow! What a bodge job! I hardly have any brows left - they feel shaved and look patchy as hell. Not impressed. I was shown the end result in bright sunlight but the window so couldn't see.

Absolutely Disappointed – Never Ordering from Superdrug Again!

I am extremely disappointed with Superdrug’s service. First of all, I paid extra for next day delivery because I urgently needed my order — yet it did not arrive the next day! What’s the point of offering an express delivery option if you can’t even deliver on time?

But what frustrated me even more was that when my order finally arrived, it was completely mixed up! I didn’t even receive the correct items I paid for. It’s honestly ridiculous — late delivery is bad enough, but sending the wrong products just shows a complete lack of care and organisation.

I expected better from a company like Superdrug. This experience has been nothing but stressful and disappointing. Definitely won’t be trusting them with my money again.

Amazing Cosmetic session

I ordered 2 x blemishes patches & a Mochino EDP with a free weekend bag.
I received a small packaging with only the 2 blemishes patches. No sign of the EDP or the free weekend bag. I tried calling the customer service but the automated message stated that Superdrug no longer accept calls and I should either email or send a private message on messenger. I haven’t had a response back from my email. Someone contacted me on messenger and asked me to check with EVRI? I had already informed the person that I have received the package but there was missing items from my order. Clearly they didn’t look at what I sent them as proof of what I ordered and what I received.
Utterly despicable service. I expect either my order in full or a full refund of what I did not receive.
I can’t even upload any photos on this review.

Non existence online customer service, no telephone number, no live chat options. Only options are to email or use messenger. You get 1 reply after 24hrs+ later, then you got to wait another 24hrs+ for another reply. Nothing gets resolved, it's just back and forth messaging for days and weeks. The MOST frustrating customer service EVER

Very disappointed. Ordered a perfume for my son’s birthday with next-day delivery, but it still hasn’t arrived a week later. Asked for a refund—won’t be buying from this unreliable company again…

I was in superdrug westfield stratford this afternoon and a big thanks to Julie for helping my mum finding the right foundation concealer and blush on. Im very pleased with her patience for helping my mum to find the right shade.

I was served today by a young lady at the Superdrug store on corporation street and I had to leave a review to say how happy I was with my service. I was served by a young lady called Poppy whose customer service was second to none. She was so helpful, so polite and in a word wonderful. She went above and beyond to be helpful and she is an absolute credit to your store. I have always been a boots shopper for my main store but this will be changing from today and I will now be a frequent shopper of Superdrug.

Out of stock item not refunded, after several ridiculous "investigations" by customer service team they refuse to do anything about the refund not going into my account. Blamed my bank, but in fact they will not refund money or do anything about it.

Don't shop for them, I was a regular customer, not anymore. Contacted bank who say Superdrug is at fault and written to BBC Watchdog now.
