Wouldn’t even prescribe me spot cream when I clearly have lots of spots and despite the fact that I have used this particular spot cream previously, seems like it’s either a robot making decisions or doctors that are completely clueless - glad I didn’t give them any of my money

I recently visited super drug pharmacy(Wrexham) during a heatwave, the temperature in the shop was unbearable and I felt sorry for my staff working there, as I know them for a long time and use the service for many years. I'm deeply concerned about the storage of medication, as the temperature was about 30°c in store, and most of the medication states on the packaging that it shouldn't be stored in temperatures more than 25°c. I think this should be taken care of asap especially with this weather. I would like to add that any time that I visited supedrug the staff has always been lovely and helpful to me, and it's upsetting to see them struggling in the heat.

Tried to get medication for gout if anyone has had this then you will know how painfull this can be my own doctors. no appointment available . I have been issued this in the past so I do t k now why an issue this time
I have.now had to cancel going away for a few days as you have to catch this early or the flare up worsens so disappointed

Order cancelled reason various however became apparent no stock - so above reasons are not applicable .
With quite a recent health care check for my age and being under weight bmi with no and I mean no health risks the sd gp states a health risk … what a lazy which costs I think £10 .
Thankfully my own gp is calling me Friday to discuss .
What is the point of this service if the gp is lazy in its checks /excuses why not just cancel stating out of stock .

I am aware of being in the perimenopause age , aware of any risks and the tablets requested were short term use and non addictive - was actually so I can enjoy a wedding and a holiday .

First time user of the online gp service but I have got to say pointless waste of time .

If you need perimeno help , don’t recommend these guys even for a quick fix tablet .
Had only wanted a 7 day dose - they would have sold me 60 tabs had I been approved lol

Rubbish , do not use pointless exercise .

I say this because I had tried to use instead of nhs I pay charges anyway and it is a simple tablet but you need a script for .

Simple put out of stock , alternatives out of stock .
I am wondering if they even check your nhs records as clearly mine are clean bill of health lol 😂

Due to my usual Pharmacy having a supply issue with a medication on repeat prescription and it was required urgently, I used Superdrug. Superdrug Pharmacy. They advised over the phone that they had the required medication in stock and would hold it for me. Due to issues with my GP surgery the prescription had not been signed off, so SD Pharmacy unable to download from system. I left to do further shopping and the Pharmacist Bhavna kept checking for me. Unfortunately on my return still not appeared as my GP had been unable to sign off. Bhavna advised that I could request through the 111 repeat prescription service, which I did whilst in store. There were further difficulties with this, the pharmacy was very busy and her colleagues at lunch, so Bhavna working on her own, however in between serving other customers, she remained extremely helpful in resolving my prescription issue. Excellent customer service by Bhavna well done.

Went to the pharmacy in Chester with an order. When asking if I was okay to collect it and gave the name, the man sighed and walked away while rolling his eyes to the point other people commented in the queue. This was really upsetting as I am a young girl picking up pills which can be uncomfortable anyway. For this to happen is shocking.

Made an order then spent a good few hours going back and forth trying to upload information, making a video etc which was quite complicated. They took the money and then a few hours later declined my order. I think they should have decided before all this faffing around whether I was elegible to save all the trouble.

All staff are brilliant and all will go that little bit further to help
But I must mention this particular lady who is so kind and helpful, always ready to talk and chase the prescription as required. Her name is Slmiya Saleem. Brilliant

I visited the Grimsby branch today, and its one of the best interactions I have ever had with a healthcare professional.

The pharmacist genuinely listened to me and I felt heard. She was very polite and welcoming. She clearly had a very good wide understanding and knowledge of her expertise.

She asked me a lot of questions and prescibed me an appropriate medication to help with my symptoms but also left me with a two week plan.

Not only this but she looked at my file and noticed I was due my next pill. And she got it for me which was amazing because im ill and it saved me a long stressful phone call with my doctor that i did not have the energy or mentality for.

Hugely Greatful for this service. I left feeling reasurred and cared for. Had a huge smile on my face all day as i have a huge releif from my symptoms.

I am so disappointed. I went to have blood drawn at Wakefield Superdrug and they told me they didnt do that service when I asked them to fill the vials. I wasted time driving over 60 miles. I arrived and the lady saw I had a finger prick test and refuse to draw my blood saying we dont do this. I was so disappointed. What a mess.

I wanted to command a team memer if your company for their outstanding customer service,care,helpfulness & patience.

I had to return an online purchased item due to a chemical reaction I had to it & for some reason it couldn’t be a straightforward refund -however,the Member of staff,ZOHRA L, assistant manager of Superdrugs store in Hayes Lombardy, went above @ beyond to resolve the issue & did it with a smile & pleasure.

It was truly a great experience for me being looked after with such care & thought.
ZOHRA truly is a credit to the company & I wanted to say thank you and for her service to be recognised.

Tara & Yusuf great customer service at Westfield all round. The staff on the shop floor were so positive, helpful and friendly despite it being late on a Thursday evening. My daughter and I left very satisfied and both signed up to be members.

Hopeless.
Ordered valaciclovir. For some reason they don’t deliver the medication anymore, forcing us to travel far from home to get it. Unfortunately the pharmacy didn’t have the medicine. They said they would have it for 16th February. Two weeks later they still didn’t have the full set of medication I ordered and they had to order forty pills.
Online staff said they can’t deliver it.
In Europe we could get medication by 6pm same day when we needed it.
And in the meantime in London I am waiting still for the medication from a pharmacy that doesn’t even answer its phone.
I won’t be using Superdrug again

I would not recommend. I am not sure whether the prescription process has been entirely automated or whether it simply prioritises speed at the expense of all precision and accuracy, but the result is that it's become increasingly difficult if not impossible to get particular prescription medications in a timely manner. The last experience that convinced me to look elsewhere was when I attempted to put in an order for my usual mini-pill and, in doing so, had to answer a questionnaire that asked a series of poorly conceived, overly generalising questions with no room for elaboration that, even as I was answering them as honestly and accurately as possible, I suspected would only be an impediment to getting my prescription in time. Sure enough, because one of the questions had asked whether I take tranexamic acid and because I answered in the affirmative since it is an ingredient in one of my skincare products, my order was eventually cancelled with an explanation about the increased risk of blood clots presented by taking oral contraceptives in combination with tranexamic acid, but no further inquiry to determine whether I actually take oral tranexamic acid, in which case this would be a valid risk assessment, or else topical tranexamic acid applied exclusively to the skin, in which case the substance does not enter the bloodstream in significant enough amounts to present any additional risk.

Even after attempting to follow up myself, it took an age to get anything other than an automated response which did not address any of the clarifications or questions I’d attempted to put forward. I was eventually able to circle back to the physician responsible for the initial cancellation, and, although they thanked me for the clarification, noted they would be open to considering an order for an oral contraceptive, and informed me they had made a note in my chart that I took tranexamic acid topically rather than orally, they also did not acknowledge the faults in the process at all, propose to look into and address these so that poorly conceived questions or else physicians’ own assumptions about their answers did not impede prescription in the future, or even offer to re-process my order rather than have me put it in, along with all my medical information, all over again. Not the absolute worst response, but also far from decent enough not to anticipate issues recurring again and again in the future, if with slight variations as one explores all the different ways in which the pharmacy's questionnaires may be inadequate and their physicians quick to jump to unfounded assumptions.

Sanj and Coral in the Fleet branch were fantastic today. Very friendly and helpful. Great advice received and gave me what I needed. All with a smile

Terrible. I bought a home blood test from them which I found really difficult to use. I couldn't get enough blood to complete the test. They were so unhelpful and just sent AI responses, so now I've paid £50 for a test they didn't even do

Goodness on the pharmacy, at the Superdrug hanley location, is absolutely amazing, I can always go to her with any questions and she always reccommends me the best products and gives great advice, she is lovely, definitely recommend x

Absolutely awful experience, housebound and suffer from serious mental health issues they were so unhelpful they really should not be in the health business.
