For the mot part it does what it says it does, and there are some very qualified tutors on there.

The website, though, is very frustrating to use. It consistently shows you people way outside of the parameters you filtered for, and it's really easy to lose your search altogether and have to start again.

Le montant à débourser est inscrit à nul part. 49 $/ mois c’est très dispendieux.
3 jours avant la fin de mon abonnement, j’ étais incapable de me connecter à mon compte, c’était toujours indiqué « Oups, an error has occurred ». J’ai donc dû annuler ma carte de crédit pour éviter de payer le 49$ du prochain mois.

Literally, I just created an account and place my Ads, traffic came in on it own. Although I am seeing less traffic now but at least I am grateful for a platform like this

I found a very good teacher with superprof. The operation is simple and everything was great.

Superprof has connected me with great students on a regular basis – more than my own website and social media combined. It is easy to use and allows you to continue connecting on or off platform.

I signed up, to the website, my bank.card was charged $58.00, and I was assigned to a.tutor called Ademola.
ADEMOLA the Tutor, confirmed.his availability to teach me.on the following day at specific time.
The day of the appointment, Ademola didn't.call ,msg.or.sent an email.
Since.my.card was charged, I decided to.call Ademola , inquiring his whereabouts.
Ademola informed that was.driving.on a highway, unable to.talk, however would called me.when reached his destination.
I.waited ,.again, for about 30 to 45.minutes, however Ademola didn't call as he promised
Again , I reached out.to.him once again, inquiring the reason was not available for.tutoring , when he already charged my card.
Ademola mentioned that I had.to pay him, before start tutoring..I was speechless..I informed Ademola that my bank card was charged $58 and he still wanted me.to.pay? ..I was the.one.calling.him, following up.with him .
I refund to.pay again, .it.was a scam.
I.filled a.complaint to have my money refund , however they never returned my money.
I strongly do not.recommend this site.it.is a scam.

Pretty good platform to have my tutor profile. Just some feedback on the meeting software, it has issues with the Microsoft board. It gets stuck way more.

Great, I could quickly find my tutor. And I’m feeling safe paying with this app. The tutors here are very professional.

I’ve recently encountered a recurring issue on the platform. Some teachers contact me to say they cannot offer lessons in French or at the university level, yet the lesson still appears as “booked” on their side. Since they are the ones who decide not to proceed, it becomes complicated for me as a student because the system doesn’t allow me to cancel the request.
For example, Prof. Ali informed me that he couldn’t provide the lesson, but the booking still went through from his side. I’m then left unable to cancel or close the request, which creates confusion and delays.
It would be very helpful if the platform allowed students to cancel in these situations, or if teachers could decline the request directly so that the booking doesn’t remain active.

Fairly easy to use and I have obtained 6 students without having a premium plan!
