Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.

Ich habe an einem Sonntag ein Surfboard bestellt und hatte im Nachhinein noch eine Frage zu meiner Bestellung. Am Montag habe ich eine E-Mail geschrieben und bereits innerhalb einer Stunde eine Antwort mit einer angepassten Bestellung erhalten.

Die Lieferung kam schon am Mittwoch an, alles war bestens verpackt und unbeschädigt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Kundenservice. Es wurde sogar noch telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen, um mein Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert zu klären.

Top Beratung, schnelle Lieferung und ein wirklich kundenorientierter Service. So wünscht man sich das. Klare Empfehlung!

Absolut keine Kaufempfehlung. Nach 3 Wochen war der bestellte Gabelbaum immer noch nicht geliefert. Zudem wurde ein Startschot in der falschen Farbe geschickt. Trotz des Fehlers des Verkäufers musste ich die Rücksendung selbst bezahlen.
Der Kundenservice war wenig hilfreich, Antworten kamen teilweise nur in unvollständigen Sätzen und eine kundenfreundliche Lösung wurde nicht angeboten. Die Rückerstattung ließ weitere 2 Wochen auf sich warten.
Insgesamt sehr schlechter Service und unnötiger Aufwand für den Kunden. Ich werde dort definitiv nicht mehr kaufen.

I definitely do not recommend Surf Shop Keppler. They have worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought there Starboard Airplane 255 in July 2025. I have received board with a bit unglued rail edge. Store advised to buy special Wurth glue and they will pay me back for the glue and repairing. I have never received this pay back. Unfortunately after using this board rail edge started to unglue more, together with center fin slot and foam on the board. Finally I decided to claim whole board in September. For me it was ok to get new board or money refund. After many emails, sending same information to different people in Surf Keppler, asking them to reply and weeks of silence they offered me only partial pay back or new board at the beginning of November. I agreed for new board. Delivery of the container from producer to Surf Keppler was delayed and they keep postponing me. I had to write to them every week asking if they have received the board. Finally, in the end of December they informed me that they have received the boards and if I want to have one I need to pay 250 EUR extra for it. That was too much. I decided to send everything back to them as I was extremely tired with this situation. Of course, it was not easy as well. At the beginning they wanted me to use my own courier and informed that they will pay me back only board cost. After quoting paragraphs of the low they agreed to pay back courier costs as well. However, I have never been charged back for the glue that I bought at the beginning even though they promised to do so and I sked them many times...
To sum up, the whole process of claim took 5 months, 39 e-mails and a lot of stress... think twice before You decide to buy anything in Surf Shop Keppler.

Do not 'try' to buy their reduced price demo ware. You may wait for 3 weeks after having paid (>€700) and then your order gets cancelled without any explanation or communication. No reaction whatsoever on requests for information. They sell 'DEMO' stuff at reduced prices which they do not have.

Ordered a JP Super Ride. The board arrived, and upon unpacking, it quickly became apparent that it hadn't been properly airbrushed. It clearly looked like a second-best choice.
I reported this immediately, and was advised not to put the board wet in the board bag. This was a strange response, as the board hadn't even been used.
I was then fobbed off with a €50 discount, which I refused to accept. I then received a new offer, but I never received more than €50. After numerous emails and poor communication, they stopped responding altogether. A lousy store and terrible customer service.
Once and for all.

Surf Keppler hat hervorragendes Material und einen phänomenalen service.

Bought a SUP board but the fin was missing and they did not reply when i wrote that I want them to send me the missing fin. Otherwise the produkt was good and fast shipping.

Surfkeppler hat mir ein brandneues NeilPryde-Segel 2025er nach NL geschickt. Perfekte Abwicklung!
Wie immer super zuverlässig, alle freundlich und top schnell.

Preise eigentlich ok, nur bietet er Ware an die gar nicht mehr im Sortiment sind. Dann wird versucht ein anderes Produkt einem anzudrehenden. Angeblich gibt es Probleme mit Server des Herstellers. Woanders bestellt beim gleichen Hersteller und sofort bekommen. 😉Geld zurück gefordert, keine Reaktion. Leider nicht seriös. Keine Empfehlung.

Hat ne riesige Auswahl von vielen Herstellern auf Lager. Kann deshalb ne kompetente Beratung ohne Markenbindung anbieten. Und das alles zum super Preis. Immer wieder gerne!

Ordered a new sail, they sent an older (discounted) model. Very rude and not cooperative at all. They didn't even agree to refund the price difference. Just claiming that there is no difference between the sails. (Yeah, expect at least year model and price).

Surf Shop with very good products, sometimes also very good prices, but inefficient after-sales service.
Rekla mail doesn't reply after 2 weeks, at the phone call they are very generic. I have damaged product with a warranty almost expired and they don't care about it.

Al ver un 3,7 de valoración y algunas opiniones tenía mis dudas, pero el precio de la tabla era inmejorable. Mi primera pregunta la contestaron bastante pronto, pero una vez recogida la tabla por la empresa alemana de transporte perdi la pista a mí pedido. Mucho seguimiento pero todo fachada. Como pasaban casi 2 semanas envío un correo preguntando por mi tabla y tuve la suerte que un día después llega mi jp freestyle wave. Decir que venía muy bien embalada, abri el embalaje antes de firmar y todo ok. Muchas veces es cuestión de suerte, la tienda bien, pero el porte miedo me daba.
