Surf-Shop Keppler Avaliações 

Hallo Leute, wenn ich diese Bewertungen lese bekomme ich eine Krise! Ich arbeite seit 27 Jahren im Team Keppler, nicht im Laden, nur auf den Messen! Warum? Na weil es Spaß macht und ich seit über 27 Jahren weis, das man hier fair und freundlich beraten wird und nicht wie bei anderen Shops über den Tisch gezogen ! Klar gibt es mal Unstimmigkeiten, jedoch ist man von seitens SURF Keppler immer bemüht eine Lösung zu finden die für beide Seiten akzeptabel ist. Zu David`s Kommentar kann ich nur sagen, wenn du etwas mehr Grips hättest, würdest du wegen einem misslungenen Einkauf nicht so eine Bewertung abgeben. Darum: Wir freuen uns auf alle die uns zu schätzen wissen!

Ich kann überhaupt nicht verstehen, wie wir auch nur eine einzige negative Bewertung im Netz steht. Wir haben sicherlich 5 mal telefoniert, sicherlich 2 Stunden telefonisch Beratung bekommen. Wahnsinnig tolle Beratung.
Und dann noch last but not least einen absoluten top Preis, wie man ihn günstiger nicht bekommt. Aus ganzem Herzen 5*!

Unfreundliche und arrogante Mitarbeiter! Der Chef ist kein bischen besser! Wurde auf der Interboot sowas von blöd angemacht, aks ich wissen wollte, was ein Segel kostet. Danach 3x im Shop um Rückruf gebeten, bis ich eine Auskunft zum Bestand zu einem Segel bekommen habe. Da gab's die Auskunft, dass es ausverkauft ist, obwohl das aktuelle Model erst vor kurzem auf den Markt gekommen ist und laut Webseite von Keppler auch verfügbar ist. Verarsche pur!!! Wer hier kauft ist selten dämlich...Finger weg! Habe die 2.500 Euro für neues Segel und Board jetzt in einem anderen Surfshop ausgegeben ;-)

Ich habe bei Surf Keppler ein Aqua Marina Monster 2016 erworben.
Meine Anfrage wurde umgehend und freundlich beantwortet, ich hatte zunächst noch einige Fragen, derer man sich kompetent und individuell auf mein Anliegen eingehend annahm.

Die Abwicklung des Kaufs lief reibungslos und innerhalb kürzester Zeit ab. Auch bei Fragen im Nachgang (bspw. zur Wartung und Pflege) bekam ich gewohnt zeitnah und kompetent Auskunft.

this winter I was looking to by my first windsurf set and settled on a Fanatic 2015 Gecko model. After my research I came across surfkeppler online store as the price looked attractive. However I was unsure if I want to spend ~3K eur on a webstore which had bad feedback, so I contacted them and checked the availability of my items and got confirmation that they have everything in stock and I did manage to agree even on an additional discount - as I was buying many items. I placed my order and after a week I got my board delivered directly to my door in Lithuania. I was mentally prepared to wait longer for the delivery as recently I was ordering some windsurf stuff from UK and had to wait longer. I have my board now and it is all been a good experience. the team is responding to emails reasonably promptly. I would buy from them again.

This is not even the worst surf shop, it is the worst shop in general I have ever experienced. Gave wrong information and were not willing to help to solve the problem.

I have had multiple bad experiences with the Keppler surf shop. It started with an unfriendly treatment in their shop. I still bought a Fanatic board because the price was good. Big mistake. When I had a problem with one of my Fanatic board (within 10 months!) it really got nasty; they the basically did nothing to help me, while three objective board-experts told me the board was weak and no good.

Very bad service. Think twice before buying or going there.

Not worth the hassle. Clearing things out over e-mail was close to absurd. Finally got the items but definitely wasn't worth the hassle.

Ordered af Fanatic SUP and it arrived as promised in Denmark a week later.

Unfortunately the air-went and find screws was missing.

After several mails to Werner at surfkeppler he continued to ask me to check the box and wrapping.

I have checked the box and wrapping thoroughly at least 5 times. I have even send him pictures of the box cut opened and all wrapping layed out and checked.

He has now stpooed answering my mails.

Maybe he thinks that I try to cheat him, but why should I?
It's properly not Werners/Surfkepplers fault that the items is missing, but I'm left without air-vent and fin screw. For now I can use an air-went screw and fin screw from another board, but it's not a good solution if I forget to switch back.

Now I have to order an extra air-went and fin screw here in Denmark. The price is approx €20 incl. shipping.

I understand that it's propperly expensive to ship the missing screws to Denmark, but then Surfkeppler should not offer to ship to Denmark in the first place.
