A great experience ordering from Sutsu. I also love their approach to creating more sustainable products, only creating the product once purchased. The items are great quality too, the organic cotton used is so soft and fits perfectly.
Will definitely be buying from them again soon.

Exceptional service
Exceptional service and outstanding customer care when I accidentally ordered the wrong size. True customer excellence is rare these day, but Sutsu went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be purchasing two more jumpers as a result. What a great brand with exemplar customer service!

Great customer Service
I bought 2 jumpers and 3 T-shirts, all great quality. The Sutsu team also noticed that I had potentially ordered the wrong size T-shirts compared to the jumpers and amended the order for me, Great customer service.

Not handmade at all!
Promised a handmade item, for £50+ made in the UK. Clearly, as the label was left in, it was a sweatshirt made in Bangladesh. 🤷♂️ cost approx £5 max!!
Don’t be duped guys, it’s all bullshit words their lawyers think they will get away with.
Handmade in sweatshops maybe?

Sorry to read your frustration / disappointment about our production process but please allow me to address the points you raise as they are not informed or checked.
Production locations – we do have facilities in Bangladesh (& India) who make the base garment parts and as such there needs to be a labelling on the garment to show originality of fabric etc. We don’t hide this from any product and in fact actively show this information on each product page. This supply chain information has been independently verified and validated by 3rd party non profit companies (including Renoon & Ethy not to mention the 18month certification process with B Corp) to make sure our supply chain is as good as it can be for both planet and the people who work on our products.

Each garment has a “Product Passport” which show all the elements of the garment and where it comes from.
Embroidery Location – This is also shown on the product page and shows our UK facility where the garment is embroidered by a single worker – the quote from the 3rd party supply chain verification states: This supplier is a UK based family run business that delivers exceptional attention to detail on all aspects of finishing, embroidery & printing. They are a Living Wage Supplier which means they have been certified by the Living Wage Foundation. The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on the cost of living. It is voluntarily paid by over 12,000 UK businesses who believe their staff deserve a wage which meets everyday needs.
Cost of Goods – We actively show exactly how much it costs us to make each garment (definitely NOT £5 as you mention) (splitting down the individual elements of the product) and show how much we make for each garment sold (before taxes are taken) and not including any further costs we need to cover like staffing or marketing.
Further to these two elements we also do multiple things (out of our profits) to offset the impact of each garment and hopefully make a positive impact on the planet and people:

Was sorry to see that you felt you had no option but to call us out on Trustpilot before you gave us the chance to respond to your comments on email and explain how we work and or show you that we are not hiding anything. As a small brand (trying to do some good) each review has a significant impact on our business so it is dissapointing to read that you have made a large assumption about our production without reading into it further.
Really great quality t shirt
Really great quality t shirt. The colour I initially wanted was out of stock but when I emailed to ask another very similar colour was found and added for me to buy, which was really kind. Husband normally wears a medium or large t shirt depending on brand, we went for a medium here and it fit beautifully. Would definitely recommend!

Wish I found Sutsu sooner !
Having ordered a few products from another sustainably sourced brand and had a bad experience with quality of clothing, I was a little anxious to try another.
Sutsu have clearly put time into their profile and ordering system and it shows, super slick and easy, comms were great and delivery was much quicker than expected even taking into account they print each item on order.
The sweatshirt I ordered fits great, looks great is super comfy and feels like a quality product. Very happy and will be ordering again very soon! Highly recommended

I could not be happier with Sutsu! I initially purchased a Hoodie, cap and beanie….all of which has to be returned as I ordered the wrong size and apprently my head is too big for any sort of hat!!
Elmer was fantastic and made the return effortless. My replacement items were sent out immediately and I could not be happier!
The hoodie is so comfortable and even after a couple of weeks, the beanie doesn't show any signs of stretching like most other brands!
Now they’ve started making long sleeve T-shirts my wardrobe will be exclusively Sutsu!!
Thank you guys, a fantastic product and equally great customer service.

Great quality clothing and company ethos!

Great fit
Great fit, really comfortable to wear and washes very well. Was so impressed with it, I bought 2 more T shirts and a sweatshirt the first day I wore it.

Sutsu - buy with confidence
I have purchased several T-Shirts and a Sweatshirt from Sutsu this year. Fit has been as expected, quality good with no obvious issues after washing and ironing. I’ve only had reason to contact Customer services once to help resolve something - service was exceptional.

Sutsu is a great company with great products
Sutsu is a great company, not just stating they’re ethical but putting it into practice too. The sweatshirts are great value and well made. Wouldn’t buy elsewhere now and this is my 3rd purchase! Well done Sutsu
