I have read some of the reviews on here. I passed over 20 orders on SVPSPORTS.CA in the last few years. I even bought things I alreally bought from the brand itself like Nike or Converse, adidas items. Some people on here claim they sell fakes? What the hell? 😂 They are autorised retailers yall dont understand its cheap because its the few last unsold items from old collections that brands dont sell anymore. Its litteraly the best clothes/shoes website I ever found, best deals and the quality depends on the brand you choose not the website itself 😂 people are so slow its scary, ratings should be 4.8-4.9/5 not 2.5 😂 not all brands sizes are the same yes a small of nike wont be the same as the small of Hurley or Vans. This doesnt mean its fake, it means you didnt look at the size charts for that particular brand. Scary stupid people 😂
Also, shipping is hella fast, always max 2-3 days for me in Quebec. High quality items, bought things for 15-20% of the real price and I'm happy with them. Waiting for another order today but I have 0 stress about the .

I ordered a few items that were on for incredible prices. When I got the shoes they didn't fit as I'd hoped amd the customer service team got me replacements that fot very quickly. Fantastic service!

I made a purchase that was supposed to arrive last week. I did not receive my order....a week later I have requested a refund and the customer service is reluctant to give me a refund pending an investigation?? That should not be on me. As a first-time customer this will likely be the first and only time I purchase from this company. Lesson learned.

The products are fine, the return policy of having to pay 22.50 to return a product is enough for me to likely never shop with them again. I paid 120 for a pair of sneakers, unfortunately they didn't fit and I was about to buy another pair the next size up. (I did try them in store & assumed I ordered the "correct" size, so didn't go in blind). Anyway, went through the return process and noticed that steep return price.

Might not be a big deal for some, but is for me. I do majority of my shopping online.

If you live close by one of their locations, would still shop cz I could return directly.

They charge you to return an item, or you have to ship it yourself for about 15 dollars, not a great shopping experience, will definitely pass on svp sports in the future, as they're whole process and locations are not convenient.

Denied a refund for shoes that were tried on inside my house and accused me of wearing them outside. Did not honour return policy, will never be shopping here again.

may paiement couldn't go through during promotion, i received visa is not accepted by the shop please try anotehr card.

when i contacted support, they only gave me a generic answer although the reply was sent by an agent. they didnt even offer me a similar discount. ive spends days collecting items into my bin to end up not buying any.

what a shame, lost a customer

Ordered a pair of running shoes, a running T-shirt and some socks.

Placed the order on a Sunday evening, and got my package the next Thursday. I was kept informed on the status of my package whenever there was an update.

The worst place for returns. Do not buy unless you know exactly your size. They charge you $16 to return an item lmao. Great prices but useless customer care.

I own multiple Boston 12 shoes. I wanted a new pair and bought them here as they were cheaper. Upon them arriving I tried them on and they were huge on me. I couldn’t understand why as the box stated the same size as all my others a size 6 regular fit.

I sent them back and was told they wouldn’t refund me as they were worn outside… it’s Alberta winter with mud and snow. They shoes are still Snow White…

Upon looking it appears they sent me either a man’s shoe or a wide. And are unwilling to assist in the matter.

Don’t trust your getting your shoes the way you ordered them.

This company sells discontinued, old stock and does not disclose it. I had a pair of Kodiak boots basically fall apart in 2 months and because I was over their 60-day return policy (which starts the day you order, not the day you receive the product), they would not do anything. They also implied that this was not "normal wear and tear" on the item, but I can assure you, I was not running marathons in my winter boots. They told me to contact Kodiak directly, which I did. Kodiak also will not provide any compensation because these boots were discontinued in 2023!!! So I bought boots that lasted me less than 1 season and there's nothing I can do about it. Terrible customer service, implying that I'm to blame when they know they're selling old stock.

Also, I left a negative product review for these boots on their website, and they deleted it within 10 minutes of my posting. Don't trust the reviews from their site!

I purchased three pairs of shoes in my usual size 39 (same as my Converse, which fit perfectly), but all three were significantly too small—especially in the toe box. The sizing feels inconsistent and off, which makes me question the quality control and legitimacy of this store.

To make matters worse, the return shipping cost is $31, which is unusually high and discourages returns—something that feels very suspicious, especially when paired with the sizing issues. Others have commented on legitimacy of the products, and now i am very suspicious as well.

I’m disappointed with this experience and would caution others to be aware before purchasing. This doesn’t feel like a brand that stands behind its product or customer experience.

First time customer they send me email saying i need to send photo id and pictures of my card to confirm. Such bs. I ordered three hats. Like they flag it as fraud? Ive never encountered this type crap from any basic inexpensive online purchase ever in my life. Their customer service sucks. Its invasive, excessive, annoying, and wastes my time. Such a horrible impression on a first time customer that could be long time customer as sports fan. Like i was stunned by the idiocy and dumb policy. Makes zero sense. And they think somebody is going to steal a credit card to buy three cheap hats online? Hardly an excuse or rationale. So put off and annoyed. What a stupid company.
°°update: they ended up waiving that bs after i complained then they send me the hats and my celtics hat was so crappy quality and bent brim and loose material and cheap quality. Will not be buying there again. Horrible first impression.

I received a FAKE Caterpillar jacket. I already own genuine Caterpillar jackets. The fake one I received from SVP Sport is: * Chinese medium size, like a small US size, * The hood is not removable as the original, * No Caterpillar sign on the pocket on left harm, * No red sigh on the front right pocket, * No CAT sign on the buttons.
I need to pay to send it back for refund.
I will never buy from SVP Sport again.

Received wrong sized shoes as a christmas gift. Their "policy" would have me pay to send them back and the buyer (giver of the gift) would get store credit. Useless.

All the bad reviews are truly written unfairly. The ones that wrote the bad reviews are the ones w the problem. Like seriously one said they placed the order only to cancel it 5mins later and another I only bought gloves and paid 45% for shipping... well order another item or go to the store directly to save. Most websites have a minimum order to get free shipping.
Don't pay any attention to the bad reviews THIS STORE HANDS DOWN GREAT PRICES GREAT QUALITY DONT MISS OUT.

Bought something online instead of putting the item on my wishlist, fill a ticket to cancel my order 5 minutes later, receive an email 6 days later to tell me that they are managing a high volume of orders and inquiries and that my item was on his way...Don't think I'll Buy something else from them.

I will start by saying I always mean to write reviews but never actually do so here goes

Initially I was very reluctant to order from their website as after research and reading lots of reviews it was a bit off putting. Quite a few mentioned it took forever to dispatch / receive and there was no answer on the end of the phone so they just canceled their credit card purchase. I decided that maybe these unfortunate people were actually in the minority and people who were happy just didn’t bother to comment. Hopefully by reading this it will convince others to take a leap of faith because my experience was first class:
