I ordered four pairs of shoes, and two arrived broken. The third pair broke on the first wear, but I couldn't get a refund since I didn’t use them until a few months later. To make matters worse, even though the damage was their fault, they charge you for return shipping. Save your money—shop elsewhere.

Je travaille dans le sport et je m’habille de la tête aux pied avec svp ! Puma, fila, adidas et j’en passe de super marque ! Je suis toujours contente de mes achats ☺️en plus la livraison est gratuite quand tu achètes pour plus de 100$ et on reçoit de beaux cadeaux gratuits!

Wonderful experience! Prices are reasonable, quality is great! Shipping is higher but with prices of products I didn’t mind. Items also arrived quickly. Will definitely purchase from again :)

You know a store by the quality of products, shipping and commitment to customer satisfaction. Bought a pair of gloves (good quality), paid ~45% of product cost in shipping, and had to return due to size. My surprise was that I should pay for sending the product (65% of product price)! Never again!

I used to love this store but their customer service and web order processing is now beyond acceptable. You've apparently lost one of my orders and the store staff are useless as far as helping me with this even though I have email confirmation! Back to Visa for an investigation and refund!

When I searched Boy 14/16 clothing online, their website appeared with lots of items discounting attractively. I saw their stores's location in Ontario, Canada, so I thought that no-way they could be scam. I bought 22 items from their website and patiently waited for their arriving.
Finally, I received them today. At first sight of them, I know I am their victim! Few clothes looked a little ok, otherwise, their materials are very thin and bad, sewing line ugly just like clothes sold in my country's market place (I mean road-side market in Asia country, not in supermarket), and they look uglier a lot compare to their pictures in their website. All the items printed Fila or Adidas,... but look really fake!
I saw some reviews about refund problem with them so I will let these clothes for my children wear at home because, in fact, they refused to wear them to go to school.
My net payment is $192.62 and I have my lesson now.
I wish I can attach some pictures of my receipt and the clothes here and you can evaluate them by yourselves.
Don't let yourself lose money into their poor quality products, and I believe they are all fake with all their poor materials, bad printed details, and sloppy seams in these items.
I don't know why their business could stay that long there. They are selling poor and fake brand name products officially there.

These guys promised to refund the shipping fee for an exchange of a pair of Converse that were too large. I did proceed with the exchange and I've purchased the label via their website. The lady says the fees would be refunded back to the credit card with 5 business days. I thank them for their kindness in finding resolution to the issue and for refunding the fees.

I've never received the refund.
When I called back and inquire, they literally said the arrangement and the conversation never happened.

Canada has now become a country with no backbone.
Please remain local and encourage our Canadian rooted businesses.

I'm fed up of everyone migrating to Canada, yet finding their way to pursue fraud and scamming people all day.

I will definitely not purchase from them again obviously and I will surely discourage everyone from doing so.

I will sale the shoe and make a profit out of it, by principle.

The delivery system was amazing! I even knew the name of the delivery guy. They confirm your address and info again before the delibery, and I could put my buzzer and asked them to delivery at my door. Price was 50% off on my favorite sneakers. I'll buy again!

I used to buy at SVP Sports when I worked in the area and now started with on-line purchases (shoes). Orders arrived faster than I thought they would.

Choices of colours and sizes may be limited per item, but prices are great. As with all on-line purchasing, success is better if you're buying a brand & size you have experience with.

Very bad, purchased a new adidas slip on, got it online, wore it for a few days, and because of the dark color, I didn't notice that it was defective until few days later. Contacted their support, took them 5 days to respond back to my email. after few more days, they told me that, according to "their policy" since the shoes have been worn, I couldn't return them!! So, they refuse to acknowledge their shipped defective item and won't exchange or return it!! What a scam!!

Kevin at the Vaughn location was so helpful. Being young he was not pushy for a sale and was so resourceful. He made the sale process easy. SVP spurts is lucky to have such a good salesperson

I highly recommend SVP sports. I usually don’t write reviews but I was so impressed with how fast I got my order and the quality of the product. I ordered Fila shoes for work because I’m a PSW but also I am in school taking the RPN program so I wanted them for placement. I only had 2 weeks before starting placement and was worried I wouldn’t get the shoes in time but it only took 4 business days to get my order. I ordered scrubs from another company before I ordered my shoes from SVP sports and I got my shoes first. I still don’t have my scrubs from scrubscanada.ca so I am honestly so super happy that I went with SVP sports for my shoes. They fit great, I got the right size and color. Exactly what I ordered and they advertised was exactly what I got. I can’t comment on how well they last because I haven’t worn them out yet but if there’s anything negative to say as I wear them, I will update my review.

Too bad I cannot pick a Negative Star review for these clowns. SVP they are a bunch of clowns with Terrible customer service. I purchased some stuff online from them my order was confirmed on November 26/2023 with instructions for pickup at their store. Well today is December 05/2023 and my order is still not ready for pickup. They advertised a order pickup timeline of 2-5 days and its past with NO email confirming order is at their store for pickup. I called their customer service 3 times and all I got was BS apologies nothing else. They took my money on November 26 and still have not confirmed ready for store pickup. This company and their Customer Service staff are a bunch of clowns providing only excuses. Do yourself a fovour and buy you stuff from another company DO NOT buy from SVP.

Great products apparently online, but very poor service. My package was allegedly delivered, i never received it. No credit nor reimbursement were provided. I will never make business with those crooks again.

Really pleased with the prices, product and client service. Keep up the good work.
