I booked a big trip at the last minute, and the folks at Swains were very patient and helpful, and worked hard to accommodate my schedule.

Swain Destinations created an amazing trip for us to Rwanda and Tanzania. They were able to make the journeys seamless and connected us with incredible local guides each step of the way. Really enjoyed working with them to develop the itinerary and knew they were accessible during the trip as well.
Their experience in working with different tour operators and excursions across both countries was invaluable to us. We knew we were in trusted hands the whole time.

Swain took my requests for Tokyo less than 10 days before we arrived and provided us with a three day trouble free plan which included everything we wanted to see and more. The best part was the young lady who was our personal English speaking guide in Tokyo. She spoke perfect English, we understood every word she said, she provided us with lots of hints and tips and made sure we did not stray out into traffic, She found some wonderful Japanese dining places - authentic food which we loved! We had a car and driver as well, so were able to keep our purchases and bags in the car. Great itinerary, lovely people, hassle free visit, and we got to the ship on time!

We have used Swain Destinations for over a dozen trips to Africa, Australia/NZ and India. Never once on any of them has any single arrangement (accommodations, rides, guides, etc) ever not worked perfectly. It's hard to get better than that!

This was my first time using Swain and it was great. I had car's or buses picking me up all times of the day for airport runs, tour pick ups or returns to the airport. Everything went smooth! Hotel locations were good. I did down grade the hotels because of the trip cost and I was happy with the place that they picked.The person I worked with building the trip (Darren) was great with suggestion and trying to get as much into a day as we could handle. I would use them again.

The total agenda, scheduling, and service by Swain for our recent 5 week travel in Africa was beyond my greatest expectations. Every location was spectacular. All the travel arrangements and custom private experiences were absolutely perfect. The safari and city guides were not only extremely knowledgeable, but were so pleasant that we instantly felt like their personal friends. And, even when there were a few minor transportation delays, the Swain staff always had the situation in hand before I had a chance to alert them. The overall total service by the staff at Swain was exceptional. Everyday, our "in Africa" Swain contacts reached out to check in with us. They are the best I have ever worked with.

Our trip that Swain Destinations planned to Africa was great from start to end. Planning was very easy and the entire trip was seamless. We were there almost three weeks and stayed in 6 different locations. We never had to worry about our next location or any logistics in moving from place to place. All internal transfers and flights were handled and everything was planned out down to the small details.

Australian DREAM VACATION!! The Swain Destinations team took a 28 year old dream of two young kids, and turned it into a trip of a lifetime. They are a true CLASS ACT and have earned my business from here on out. They scheduled 15 days of Australia, starting in Sydney, migrating to Ayers Rock, then Cairns to Port Douglas, Brisbane and back to the US. Site seeing, hiking mountains, hugging koalas, diving the great barrier reef, dinner cruise, car service....I cant tell you how impressed I was that everyone from age 12 - 72 was included in EVERY activity - EVEN THE ZIP LINING!!
