Taskrabbit Delivery (formally Dolly) Avaliações 

Scuffed and dented all my walls and scratched multiple pieces of furniture.

It would have been nice to know that Dolly doesn't exist and that Taskrabbit is the name of the new service. I was expecting Dolly emails and wasn't aware of the namechange so I deleted all my notifications thinking it was a scam as I wasn't expecting Taskrabbit, all the while my delivery was cancelled.

The web client failed twice when I tried to view/edit my task, which made me think it never got scheduled. In reality, it got double-scheduled. So the first one wound up charging me for a no-show, and the second one dinged me 20% when I cancelled it within 48 hours.

Just a bad experience overall. I will not use this service again.

The crew was efficient and careful. Great work.

I was notified of the time of their arrival, and they were on time. I was pleased with how careful they were in moving my items. They were polite, and professional movers.

I paid for white glove services and they left empty boxes in my driveway. Called and they said they would pick up and nothing happened.

Perry and Oleh were amazing. They were extremely helpful and efficient and more than accommodating! Wonderful individuals to work with and worked fantastic as a team!

The deliveryvwad one time and very efficient

For a $150 delivery fee, I expected the bed to be set up. It was NOT CLEARLY explained that delivery did not include set up. I feel COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF.

The men who tackled the delivery and set up were great! They were efficient, skilled, and respectful of the homeowner’s property, accommodating questions and requests.

The price I was charged was more than I was quoted and I was not give an explanation.

I asked for my delivery to be delivered from 12-2pm and it didn’t show up for six hours

I wish I would’ve known about Dolly years ago when I didn’t buy items from Facebook marketplace or thrift stores because I didn’t have a means to bring it home. It was very easy to set up and the communication was fantastic! Just note that they do not put anything together—they just bring up the pieces.

Package was not left where requested. It was left on a pathway, without protective packaging, and viewable from street.

Package arrived on time.

The movers were experienced, excellent, efficient, professional. Handled and loaded everthing with care for our 800 mile drive.

I would never use this company again. You can’t trust them to provide you the service you asked for and they agreed to provide!
