They delivered to the wrong address!
They delivered to the wrong address. It was not even the correct street name. It was not even CLOSE to the correct street spelling. They delivered about 2 miles away. Luckily the people there felt compelled to deliver the items to the correct address-which they had NO trouble finding! I would give a 0 if I could.

Economic but buyer beware.
The helpers were very friendly but they were rough with my furniture/boxes and damaged some items. They also moved at a slow pace. I paid a flat rate so it didn't have an economic impact on me but they mentioned time constraints that didn't align with the pace they were moving at. Overall I would say you get what you pay for. I don't have nice furniture so it's okay that some items were damaged.

Great experience! The couch would not fit in the elevator and the delivery team still delivered the couch via stairs where most services would have left it in the lobby.

Delivery was confirmed and not delivered
Delivery was confirmed twice, day of delivery driver text me to confirm bc he was driving from Adelanto heavy traffic didn’t want to drive for nothing? (# ending 0863) then shortly after that message my delivery was cancelled! Naturally, I responded to the text. Venting was absolutely furious. His response was if I were you I would find a different company. Wow! How shocking to get that from an employee that it is his job to do the delivery no matter what and then suggested that I should go elsewhere?
