Task Rabbit made my move easy. The movers communicated with us and were very professional. Definitely would recommend Task Rabbit and will use again

Because of the system apparently glitching out and having a “whoopsies” I had to pay $130 worth of cancellation fees because of having to reschedule my move because 2 days before my scheduled appointment it told my helpers to come- they blocked me when I tried to communicate that it was the wrong date- so I had to find new helpers- and I had to move my move date. Then next day it reopened my appointment after I already had to move things around. Terrible merge. I want my money back- my cancelations were not my fault. I will never use or recommend this service to anyone. -5 stars. Stole my money.

The movers were ni e, friendly and professional. I purchased a sofa and 3 mirrors from homegoods. I noticed the black fabric on the bottom of the sofa is ripped and the brown paper on one of the mirrors is ripped. The guys need to wrap the furniture when moving it from the store to someone's home to ensure it is secure. I feel stuck at this point. Camt return it. Nice guys though.

I know it sounds crazy but I used task rabbit moving three times this week … first a quick trip to pick up a treadmill at a Sporting goods store … done within 3-4 hours .. then a small move and then a last minute king size bed … always on time and quick and efficient

Arrived exactly on time. Were very professional and wore rubber booties. Completed the delivery quickly and removed all the waste.

I paid $260(?) to have six items delivered by Akea. You took the money but delivered only five items, and the service was terrible. I will never use your unscrupulous company again.

I wasn't sure what was going based on the text messages I got. I couldn't figure out how to tip my driver despite emails and texts. There never was a link. Do I have to download an app? I would not download an app. I probably won't pick Taskrabbit again, unless there is no other delivery option from a retailer.

The gentleman who brought my furniture upstairs, was very professional, courteous and completed the task in a matter of minutes, which was greatly appreciated. He even offered to take his shoes off upon entry! This was my first time using task rabbit and I was very satisfied with this experience.

They did a wonderful job. They were helpful and quick.

It was not good. I hired movers selected all the boxes to specify what I want moved and the movers tried to shake down my pregnant sister when she was alone to ask for more money after I tipped them 50 dollars EACH. They were upset my BEDROOM move included a BED. ikea bed. That apparently I needed to specify separately. I put in the app 14 moving boxes, couch, table, moving 1 bedroom apartment, etc. I had only about 8 moving boxes when it came time to move and 4 suitcases. But the bed was the biggest issue for them.

I scheduled for 11 am and they showed up at like 3 pm. Got everything done in time still.

I tried to search help.tr.co as per the reply below to see if there was anything taskrabbit could do to help but it came up as an invalid page. I tried searching up taskrabbit delivery support and there is no contact option on that page. Just a general help guide. I dont understand why its so difficult to request help when youre asking me to reach out.
