Delivery never received

Worker wanted to charge extra for taking furniture out of a POD. Charged way too much for couple other pieces that needed help lifting.

Very professional. I was so happy with the service provided.

Two of the workers showed up more than an hour late and worked for less than two hours, yet I was still charged for the full three hours for each worker. How is that acceptable?

What makes this even more frustrating is that there appears to be no easy way to file a complaint or dispute the charges on your website.

I should not be charged for hours that were never worked. This feels extremely unfair and honestly like a rip-off. I am requesting a refund or adjustment for the hours I was incorrectly charged.

Unless this issue is resolved properly, I will not use your service again.

On-time service. Put the refrigerator exactly where I wanted it.

The men who moved my stationary bike were on time, very nice and polite and the whole pick up and delivery went smoothly.

My helpers were 10 out of 10, however planning, scheduling and customer service that went with that was lackluster. Initial
Customer service was responsive but the minute it was looking difficult they stopped responding. Eventually got my deliver 24 hours late . But the quality of service from the helpers made up for it .

The 2 movers were very careful with our things. They were polite and hard working.

Friendly, quick taskers

Excellent person; arrived a bit earlier than scheduled but we worked it out.

My assigned mover was AMAZING! Never complained and went over and beyond my expectations. Great worker.

Loved how I only pointed to where the furniture was… and where it was going… very easy to do.

Delivery person put the bins under a covered area at the top of our steps during a rainy day such that it didn't block the door from opening as well.

Dislike:
They did not speak English.
Used side of building for bathroom, It was so embarrasing and wanted to cancel this job. I didn't want them to touch my stuff. I did give him a wipe.

Not only were they late but they just threw everything in with zero organization or regard for all the fragile things we had specifically asked them to be careful with. One tv was broke and an art piece damaged, not including all the boxes and bags that were damaged and ripped open. I need a refund.

Everything went smoothly. Our tasker was wonderful: on time, prepared with his own dolly, very personable, and his expertise was very valuable.

We book this service since we want to ensure that product brought to our house is not having cracks or any other damage. But the product delivered to our house had cracks which i am unhappy for.
