Great tea 😊

At first I was a little skeptical, but checked reviews etc and made the jump. The Tea is great. It took some time (which was expected), delivery was wrong (but corrected fast) and the tea is a little bit expensive, but to be expected for quality. Therefore 4 stars. (And a half if it was possible)

the tea is excellent. It is delivered in a timely manner and the service is excellent.

Haven't had a chance to try them all yet, but the ones I have tried and intensely flavorful and delicious.

Absolutely gorgeous tea, the flavours are unsual and delicious (especially for someone who is quite picky about chai). Prompt delivery, would certainly order more.

Dejoo and Dikom tea. I was excited to see the Dejoo after drinking it for maybe 10 years then being unable to find it for the last several years. I truly looked forward to the rich mouth feel, warm maltiness and slight citrus sweetness. Alas, that is not the tea I received. Both teas were just OK, nothing better than the bulk Assams available everywhere for a lot less money. I guess you'll tell me about the weather, soil, moon cycles and clothing of the pickers being responsible. I doubt those factors are the reason for my disappointment.

The entire process from beginning to end was mostly easy.

Delicious tea. Both times I've ordered, it's arrived incredibly quickly. It's expensive, but I treat it as one of life's little luxuries. And it really is good. Originally bought one of the chai samplers, which I really enjoyed trying. I've since bought a pack of my favourite flavour from the sampler box. I drink it every morning. Very pleased.

I ordered 2 Chai sample packs and have only received one. I also added what I Thought was a 3rd Chai sample packet at a discounted price, but upon arrival, found out it was an unwanted tea sample. I have corresponded multiple times before even receiving a reply. Now, the10 day return period had passed so I'm stuck with the tea and have yet to see the second Chai sample I ordered. I have sent a copy of my order twice and still no satisfaction.

Everything has been very good. The purchasing, the shipping and the product. Will definitely order again.

Was amazing how fast got here.

I was amazed at how incredibly strong or I should say potent these teas are. I’m elderly and basically I drink mostly decaffeinated tea and live a sedentary and boring lifestyle. But I used to have a very interesting fomo type life. I’m an APRN and ex coroner and I’ve been to 37 countries. I have now started a podcast with a friend. The idea came after drinking just three pots of this tea. Once I formulated the idea I had to convince my friend, Jane Roe2. I swear I had in me intellectually, but the tea gave me the energy to get ‘er done! She came for the weekend, drank another 3 pots of tea with me and we’ve written 6 episodes in 2 days already!
Im hooked on this stuff. It’s like a legal drug that's good for you and tastes divine!

The teas I have from Teabox are so good and I’m learning about fresh tea. The latest Masala Chai tea has the perfect blend of fresh ingredients and that makes it delicious and easier to make than adding my own ingredients.

They keep me updated on my order and delivery and check that all is well after I receive my order. I am grateful I decided to try their tea!

My tea came in the timeframe they said it was. I as impressed. So far, the teas that I I have been drinking are very good.
