They have repaired my iPad screen not with a new screen.
Supposed to be a new screen for iPad, not happy done with my iPad .

Do not touch this disgusting company. They are a total disgrace. I am equally appalled by Barclays for selling their product and then doing nothing to support their clients (who has trusted them to offer a service) when things go wrong. Likewize are beyond shocking and Barclays are frankly not much better. Having for years paid the Tech Pack Insurance - we made a claim for a smashed back glass on an iphone (original) 15Pro (in really fantastic, fully working, condition). The engineer came to fix - fixed back screen (excess £49) but when the phone was returned - something was very wrong. The screen kept going black, then pixilated, then getting stuck, glitching, siren blasting.. we called the engineer, who acknowledge that he would need to replace the front screen to fix (having read up - looks like pressure was put on the front of the phone when replacing the back). Super nice guy arranged for a visit the following day to sort. Following day, he calls to say that Likewize had supplied him with a random not Apple front screen which he wouldn't fit as it would de value the phone - very grateful, I agreed. He called back 2 hours later to say they couldn't overide the system and therefore were going to replace the phone!?? Likewize didn't bother to call and eventually we were left to chase them, when they announced that they would replace the phone they had broken with a refurbished phone and that I must supply the original Iphone 15 Pro and if I didn't they wouldn't provide a replacement. I absolutely refused the refurbished phone - they had broken the phone - they either needed to fix it (which according to their engineer was easy with a front screen (APPLE!) or replace like for like - a new not refurbished phone. Or I gave them a final option - you can cover the cost of what was left of the contract and I would buy a new phone. They told me that they would come back to me by 5th March (they broke the phone 23rd Feb). We managed without the phone but not easily - 5th March, they send a letter detailing that they acknowledge my complaint and they'd be back to me within 8 weeks!! Thats it. No solution, nothing. I call Barclays as they sold the insurance.... they raise a complaint. I am left with no choice but to pay some £240 to pay off the phone contract and get a new phone. I put everything in email to Likewize, Barclays and the Barclays Tech Pack who are actually Likewize using the Barclays name (even though Barclays will not assist you in anyway whatsoever). Yesterday, almost a month late, I have a call from Likewize calling themselves Barclays Tech Pack telling me they have reviewed by complaint but as they were not given the phone to assess... they couldn't arbitrate the complaints and wouldn't take it any further. Absolutely shocking.. what a total con of a company. At no point, not even once did they ask to assess the phone - I'd have been delighted if they did - they could have simply fixed it using an Apple front screen (that there own engineer wouldn't fit for the obvious reason) but not once did they ask to assess. I sent videos and photos to the engineer, I sent countless emails detailing absolutely everything that was happening to the phone and not once did they ask to assess it. All they needed to do was fix it with original parts. They broke it - they fix or replace like with like - how is that difficult. Instead, they are very happy to take money every month for a service that is rarely used by anyone purchasing the produce. If you make a claim, they charge the £49 excess and then.. when they break the phone - they won't fix with original parts, they will replace but with a refurbished phone but of course, they will only supply the refurbished phone if you provide the original iphone - so they no doubt can fix it.. and sell on.. making sure that they profit every step of the way. In the meantime we paid a) the insurance year after year b) the excess for a back screen replacement that is utterly useless due to the fact that Likewize broke the phone in the same day and c) £240 to pay off a contract on a phone broken by the utter conmen that insured it in order to take out a new contract to have a working phone.
And if that wasn't bad enough - the absolute disgrace of a company have just sent a letter offering £50 compensation! Shame on Likewize and shame on Barclays. I am beyond disgusted. Do not waste your money.

My claim was dealt with in a timely manner. Once all required proof and documentation was submitted my replacement device was with me the next day. Very happy with the service.

Worst insurance company. I lost my phone and it took a month to get a new one. They’re not very helpful. And do not guide you properly.
