Techspert is staffed by professional…

Techspert is staffed by professional responsive and helpful people who know how to optimally interact with physicians and science professionals — so as to maximally get projects done! Then - even from across the pond in the UK, they dealt with compensation questions and procedures also in a timely, friendly, helpful, and secure manner! I’d recommend working with them if any opportunities arise!

1) Fair market value has crept up and is now $450 per hour. Techspert’s rate needs to adjust upwards.

2) I’ve had 2 interviews cancelled/rescheduled within 24 hours. One of them was rescheduled at the time of the interview. I requested compensation for both of these time slots that I had set aside and was told no on both occasions. This is not industry standard and unacceptable.

To follow up more generally on the points you raised (and our team will email you directly with further information also):

On rates, we typically present an amount that aligns with our customer’s FMVs, balanced with the specific experience requirements on the project in question. These vary by customer and project type, and we work to keep them in line with market expectations.

On the reschedules, I understand that both calls have been rebooked and will still go ahead. Our terms explain that we don’t offer compensation for rescheduled calls (cancellations being a different matter), but we understand it’s frustrating when this happens - our teams proactively work to minimise reschedules.

Fantastic experience

I have had an absolutely outstanding experience with the Techspert platform. Whether it be the screeners, scheduled calls, or payment, I have never had a single issue with the platform. And the network development managers are fantastic to work with, and I’ve worked with many. Akam and others have made the experience tremendous and I look forward to our continued collaboration.

Horrible experience …

I work with a lot of companies but this one is ridiculous. I did a survey a month ago, all previous have been paid by PayPal but this one defaulted to Wise and by the time I realized the interview was completed. It’s now more than a month the site says it paid me three days ago and not only do I not have a payment or email, I CANNOT get anyone by phone or email. Will not work with again. Used to be good.

A positive experience in every way

I recently took part in a paid interview and I must say the experience was surprisingly professional and rewarding. Everything was well organized from the very beginning: clear communication and punctuality

The questions were well-structured and relevant. The compensation was provided quickly and exactly as promised, with no issues at all.

I highly recommend participating to anyone who gets the chance: beyond receiving a payment, you also have the opportunity to contribute to real research, projects, or improvements to products and services. A positive experience in every way.

I received from them 300€/hour as I'm not caped by french rules as I'm no longer an HCP. If it's possible to add in the techspert's database ? Thanks

BAD EXPERIENCE

The past transactions I’ve had with WISE (Transpert) 4/17/25 and 6/5/25 have gone through. This time has been nothing but headaches and deadends. They keep telling me that the money has been deposited in my account. IT HAS NOT! Checking with my bank I’ve found there hasn’t been any attempt from them to make a deposit. The banking information I gave them is correct.
