Incessant spamming of non-consenting professionals only vaguely to the field. Up to six spam mails per day.

Initially I was suspicious when out of the blue I got an email asking if I could do an online discussion about the industry that I work in. I did participate n was told I would be paid 10 days later! I’m surprised but sure enough the money appeared in my bank in less than 5 days!! Happy days! 🎊

I keep on getting emails about something I manifestly know nothing about. I suspect they got my email from a letter I once had published in a journal, but it was on a totally different topic. Should I just take their cash and make something up?

"Expert" selection is clearly flawed! $350 an hour for consulting in a field in which I have zero credentials, qualifications or even publications. I do, however, publish in medical journals - just not those in the specialty for which I'm being "recruited". This makes me wonder if some mediocre text mining is going on.

Good communication, clear interview needs and valuable screener questions. Minimal emails and prompt payment support.

It is a expert consultation service. They look for subject mutter experts, they screen the qualification and then recruit for a client project.
They aggregate the data collected and anonime the results. Everything is well managed and require minimal organization from the expert side.

I have had a great experience working with TechSpot, the coordination for the consulting process has been effortless and the experience of consulting has been very pleasant.

Shotgun marketing aka SPAM. I was obviously not an expert in the field that was asked for. "Unsubscribe" yielded another offer (now 50 EUR/h more). The questionnaire revealed that there was no research done on techspert.io's side. If I was their customer I would fear to get a lot of useless information for my money due to the poor selection process of "experts".
