After making my first withdrawal all of my games have begun to say server error at random times resulting in me losing my spin outcome every time... Since this has happened I've had no large win and no bonus on any game. So basically if you hit a bonus or decent win they'll just force a server error to void your spin, obviously a disgusting loophole in the industry, won't be playing anymore!

Seems to be a recurring theme on these reviews. I made a withdrawal after being allowed to deposit multiple times. Then my account got banned and now they won’t pay out. Apparently I’d self excluded on other sites in the network. If this is the case why at least not refund the deposits, but keeping the deposits and withdrawals is disgraceful.

This will be passed on to gaming commission as I cannot even get the complaints procedure from ted.

Edit after their reply: they have not been in contact privately at all. I also have no issue if it’s a case of gaming safety. But either don’t take the money in the first place or either send me the winnings or the deposit. You can’t just keep both as a matter of ‘safety’.

(taylor11206 user name )So I've played ted bingo for a few years 100 pound wins 200 pound wins take a bit to revive .however this time I've won 2000 pound its now been a month .they have blocked my account I've sent my driving licence /bank statement bank card /selfi holding the card / another bank statement/ been on the phone more then 10times sent 9 emails and now they saying they can't find my account. Took a screen shot of the 2000 pound ref number before they blocked it as I knew I would have problems with it ! @tedbingo its taylor11206(update account now active still waiting on withdrawal to clear )is there any advise on here ??

Good selection of games but a bit worried after reading reviews just won £150 let's see how long this takes and if I get my money I am also waiting for a second withdrawal won from bonus money seems like a good site first payment in my bank in under 48 hours great site

Just won 100 quid. Let's see how long it takes. It said a day. I will give one stars it not. UPDATE. The very next day I've been blocked! They are proper dodgy I dont expect to get my winnings now. Update received the 100 two days later. Still blocked though.

Il update my review if no funds are received but I put on 30 pound got 4 bonus on different games had small win nothing big it does say on there site funds processing 1 working day il update this to let people no how long it took but hopefully not long as I found the site quite good and as long as paid on time il be playing again thanks

Well Friday been and gone and withdrawl not cleared.

I wouldn’t bother wasting your time or money unless you want to wait atleast a week for your withdrawal.
I read some reviews and gave them the benefit of the doubt because people can be bitter when they don’t win.. BUT the withdrawal takes forever to process and receive overall takes 7 business days excluding weekends so be prepared to wait over a week which is what I’m doing right now!
I will never use this site again the customer service just seems automated no one can actually help they just apologise that’s it.
I was happy with the games etc but very disappointed in the withdrawal they are quick to take your money not so quick to give it back!

I have spent a lot of money on this site and I dont seem to win anything the wins I have had dont compensate for how much I have spent I got a free gift of chocolate through the post for easter which was a nice little touch.and appreciated .but this site is proberbly the worst site I have ever played on and I think it's time to quit for me it's no fun when you dont get anything back in return

One of top scam bet. I was create account and deposit 100£(they give me Bonus another 100£). I was play and win 1250£ and after that they told me this money is just gaming bonus(can t withdraw). For withdraw i need to play on ther wager 2260£😂 to can Take out that money. Waste time.

well i set my account up and i won £800 on starburst! after withdrawing (took screenshot) i was worried after looking at the reviews left on here. well what can i say few emails back and forth and getting told i wouldnt recieve it until next week i withdrew it yesterday and i have just recieved my funds in the last hour! thankyou guys so much for my win!

I’ve been a member since 2016 (6 years). I made a withdrawal on 10th September and not heard anything so after a few days decided to email them and was advised I needed to provide further identification to verify my account - which was something I had done already taking into account being a member since 2016.
To add to this I recently made 2 withdrawals during June and July without any issues, so why was I asked to provide such documentation?
I have questioned this at least 3 times to which no response has been received.
I however provided the requested documentation on 16th September and had to chase on the 20th September as no response received, to be told they never received my email with documentation. Emailed my documentation again on the 20th September to receive a response from their Customer Security Team requesting to resend one of the documents as it was unreadable however all other documents provided had passed their security check.
It’s been 8 days since emailing them back the additional documentation for them to verify. I’ve sent two emails to chase acknowledgement and progress update to which no response received!
Today is 18 days since my initial withdrawal. Did I also mention they closed my account with them so can’t even log on to it!
I’m at a loss here as it was a substantial withdrawal made, and have no idea what else to do in getting my withdrawal! Might need to contact the UK Gambling Commission.
